My husband and I must have gone to Land to Sea in Dingle at a very good time. We really enjoyed our meal and we did the tasting menu. Keep in mind that this was previously a Michelin star restaurant so the presentation is an important element and a tasting menu is meant to allow the diner to enjoy multiple dishes without feeling bloated. Portion size is not as important as taste and appearance which were fantastic during our meal. The waitstaff was a bit on the short side so we enjoyed a leisurely meal with reasonable pacing. Really fantastic meal so I feel bad if the kitchen and front of house were not up to par for other diners. I definitely recommend dining here if you want a special meal.

Below average food. We tried the tasting menu. Most coursed were disappointing. The lamb was the most unappetising food I have ever seen in a restaurant. The lamb was well cooked. You couldn't really taste the venison because it was overpowered by everything else. The scallops were well cooked, but the apple was too sweet, and so was the lemon!  I did like the mint jel and the pea shoots. The first three courses arrived within 20 minutes. Very speedy, customers need more time to enjoy.

Very expensive for what you receive. The tasting menu is not good value at all. The quality of the food was acceptable (just about), but for the price (approximately €70 per person, excluding drinks), it was disappointing. I expected much better. The tasting menu has something like four plates, which is kind of misleading. There are two small starters (very basic and of sub quality that lack thought), then you get a main course which consists of two lamb ribs... Dessert was forgettable.

Would NOT recommend it.

Excellent dinner in Dingle at Land and Sea. The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection - melt in the mouth. The only disappointment was that on the night there, they had run out of oysters. The ther starters were delicious though. Great service as well.

What an incredible experience! The restaurant is beautiful,  very cozy, and well decorated. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The food was amazing!! Everything was decadent, flavorful, elegant, delicious, and unique. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a picture of the dessert because we devoured it before I came to my senses. What a wonderful restaurant! You will certainly love it and be glad you gave it a chance! We will certainly be back when we visit Ireland again!!
