Definitely the best restaurant I’ve ever tried in Calabria and among my top favourites in the world. The level of food quality, creative take on modern Italian kitchen and Uber-care to the customers altogether made the experience unparalleled. They have given me the best birthday gift, their Passion.
The menu is forward cusine, and Creativity is the Dish.
I suggest to do each plate according to the wine, because is the finest experience, it continues every little Taste of Heaven.
I am an artistic person, so we gave total freedom to the Chef to Enrich and surprise us.

Eating here is a deep dive into the great Calabria kitchen, however the creativity and sophistication on each plate is a real adventure and gives pleasure for all senses. It’s a real pleasure to learn about the delicious plates and also what’s behind. I really recommend the vine journey which perfectly matches food and serves a great variety of local vines.
