Questa non sarà solamente la recensione di un ristorante stellato, ma il racconto di un'esperienza unica. Abbiamo deciso di recarci da Hyle su consiglio di numerosi conoscenti che hanno avuto la fortuna di "mangiare" prima di noi in questo ristorante. Premetto che le aspettative erano molto alte, e come spesso succede in questi casi, il rischio di rimanere delusi era molto alto. Questa volta non è stato così, anzi! L'esperienza vissuta ha superato le aspettative, tanto da poter affermare con convinzione che questo è il miglior ristorante in cui abbia mai mangiato. E la mia recensione potrebbe finire qui, con un'affermazione che potrebbe sembrare esagerata. Ed in effetti non mi dilungheró raccontando, come spesso faccio, cosa ho mangiato, cosa ho bevuto, cosa mi è piaciuto e cosa no. Lascerò parlare le immagini, risalenti ad Agosto 2023. Consiglio a chi ha intenzione di recarsi da Hyle di lasciarsi sorprendere, così come è successo a me, dall'originalità del menù, dalle piccole attenzioni, dell'eleganza del gesto. La passione per la Calabria, che mi ha trasmesso tutto lo staff, è qualcosa di unico. La sensazione è che a breve possa arrivare la seconda stella Michelin, e se così fosse, sarebbe pienamente meritata.

This will not just be the review of a starred restaurant, but the story of a unique experience. We decided to go to Hyle on the advice of numerous acquaintances who were lucky enough to "eat" in this restaurant before us. Let me start by saying that expectations were very high, and as often happens in these cases, the risk of being disappointed was very high. This time it wasn't like that, on the contrary! The experience I had exceeded expectations, so much so that I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. And my review could end here, with a statement that might seem exaggerated. And in fact I won't dwell on telling, as I often do, what I ate, what I drank, what I liked and what I didn't. I'll let the images, dating back to August 2023, do the talking. I advise anyone who intends to go to Hyle to be surprised, as happened to me, by the originality of the menu, by the small attentions, by the elegance of the gesture. The passion for Calabria, which all the staff passed on to me, is something unique. The feeling is that the second Michelin star could arrive soon, and if so, it would be fully deserved.

È già la terza volta che ceno in questo splendido ristorante e anche questa volta non posso che riconfermare di aver vissuto
un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale. Ogni piatto era un'opera d'arte, un'esplosione di sapori che hanno deliziato il mio palato. L'attenzione ai dettagli, dalla presentazione impeccabile alla scelta degli ingredienti di altissima qualità, è evidente in ogni portata. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, attento e discreto, creando un'atmosfera elegante e rilassante. Unica nota purtroppo ora la birra artigianale che prima offrivano nell’entree ha un costo aggiuntivo.

It is already the third time that I have dined in this splendid restaurant and this time too I can only confirm that I have experienced it
a real sensorial journey. Each dish was a work of art, an explosion of flavors that delighted my palate. Attention to detail, from the impeccable presentation to the choice of the highest quality ingredients, is evident in every course. The service was impeccable, attentive and discreet, creating an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The only note, unfortunately, is that the craft beer they previously offered in the entree now has an additional cost.
