Honestly one of the best restaurants I have ever tried.
There was no flaws. Utterly perfect.
I don’t eat desserts but I loved theirs.
I can’t wait to try the whole menu.

Is not the first time i’ve visited aquadulcis restaurant, and of course you could never go wrong.
From the fantastic style restaurant itself, to a deep culinary experience of Chef Vincenzo Cucolo.
This culinary trip that will overwhelm you in the restaurant's tasting menus is the final result of many years of study, territory’s knowledges like nowhere else,  and the most important things, the passion and love that the chef transmits in his dishes, coming from the entire life of dedication and researches.
Is a 5 star restaurant, that deserves a star in this loved guide.

Sono tornata  in questo ristorante  dopo due anni per confermare  l'ottimo ricordo che avevo. Ho mangiato benissimo! Tutti  i piatti sono stati molto piu' di quello che ricordavo. Belli nella presentazione,nella scelta degli ingredienti rigorosamente del territorio,negli originali accostamenti seppure estremamente  equilibrati. Servizio impeccabile. Vale la pena uno sguardo alla piccola ma bella cantina.Il fatto di essere in un vecchio mulino rimesso a nuovo con un tocco di originalità poi ha reso il tutto perfetto al 100%. Fortemente  raccomandato.

I returned to this restaurant after two years to confirm the excellent memories I had. I ate very well! All the dishes were much more than I remembered. Beautiful in presentation, in the choice of strictly local ingredients, in original yet extremely balanced combinations. Impeccable service. The small but beautiful cellar is worth a look. The fact of being in an old mill refurbished with a touch of originality made everything 100% perfect. Strongly recommended.

Siamo stati ad Aquadulcis ieri sera: una piacevole serata!

Il posto è incantevole, un vecchio mulino ristrutturato, a piano terra c'è la cucina e i tavoli sono al piano superiore. Il pavimento è di vetro quindi si può assistere alla preparazione dei piatti.

Il servizio è stato perfetto, cortese e gentile!

Parliamo di cibo ora, è una recensione di un ristorante dopotutto!
Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione di pesce col pairing di vini. Ho apprezzato tutte le portate, piatti preparati con cura e buonissimi.
Voglio menzionare particolarmente: i cannelloni di mare e l'uovo croccante.

The place is charming, an old renovated mill, on the ground floor there is the kitchen and the tables are upstairs. The floor is glass so you can watch the preparation of the dishes.

The service was perfect, courteous and kind!
