Recommend making reservations. We got in without a reservation because we appeared early enough at opening and got out quickly. They don’t really care what order you wait in, so expect it to be random.

Many good restaurants are reservation only so keep that in mind and book in advance.

They gave us breadsticks (which were very hard) and we ordered veal, the tagliatelle, tortellini soup, and lasagna.

Our favorites were the tagliatelle and the tortellini soup. The broth of the soup was delicious and comforting for a cold night.

I was not a big fan of the lasagna, but had to try because it was bolognese.

Great meal! We didn’t book, one trick is to arrive ahead of opening and try the luck if there can be a table for 1 hour. We did so and got a pretty corner. Must to try the lasagna, it kept us eating unstoppably. The cutlet was nice too. No dish let us down, including the drink and the dessert.
Great service, we could tell the service crew worked efficiently. The dinning environment was very enjoyable. Kid-friendly, which contributed to a nice meal as well.

This was one of my top favourite places to eat in Bologna!
Excellent food, great service and a beautiful Resturaunt and atmosphere!
Make sure to end it all with a tiramisu, def not to miss!
10/10 highly recommend!

This restaurant in the heart of Bologna is a true gem! It offers excellent local cuisine with outstanding pasta quality, courteous service, and perfectly paired wines. Dining here with friends is a feast for the senses. Despite being popular with many international visitors, it hasn't fallen into the trap of becoming a touristy spot – it maintains a high standard. We had a fantastic meal here. We would highly recommend. The pasta and steak was fantastic along with the wine.
