A definite highlight of the small-group food and wine tour I host in Emilia-Romagna. I had high expectations on my first visit given the restaurant's reputation, but even they were exceeded. Every dish was interesting and unlike anything I'd had before. Service exceptional and wines very good. Everything is well explained to the point that the restaurant manager, Giulia, even brought some ingredients out of the kitchen to show my guests and discuss how they are sourced and used. On my second visit, in their new location on Rimini marina, my guests and I were juest as impressed with this very special dining experience.

Young and passionate team own and handle this creative restaurant. The cook is really a masterchef in dry-aged fish. The service is welcoming but can be improved, such the time between every dish, which is too long. The atmosphere can be also improved to make it more "elegant".
