We got to share an experience with Matteo on our Via Ferrata trip.

Pros:
- Great location and routes from our guide
- Very intimate group
- Our guide took really good photos
- Got to have lunch together

Cons:
- It felt rushed, we were told to keep going and not to stop.
- At times, we wanted to let others pass who were going faster than us and our guide didn't want to let them pass. We felt pressured to go faster even at challenging sections of the route.
One being a beginner and one intermediate climber. It would''ve been nice to ensure safety within the group to the beginner.
- Didn't feel safe at times on some edge cliff, he didn't want to us to clip in when we wanted to
- We didn't get enough breaks on our journey

Overall, everything was amazing except our guide to be more conscious with his customers.

Per quanto riguarda la nostra guida Paolo Molinari, mille stelle, non solo preparatissimo ma ha subito capito quali fossero i nostri obbiettivi futuri e su cosa concentrare il lavoro del corso per raggiungerli, sempre disponibile e paziente, grande persona anche dal punto di vista umano, complimenti.
Per quanto riguarda la segreteria invece sono note negative,  praticamente se non c'era non cambiava nulla
