A nice trendy hotel in a great location. The room was stylish and comfortable. The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shower being right next to the bed was interesting. We only had minor complaints: the seating in the bar looked great but was not comfortable to eat a meal in, there was no counter space in the bathroom, no hooks for towels, etc. I guess that’s the price you pay for trendiness.

A hip and comfy hotel in a very central location. The customer service is exceptional — thank you to the front desk staff for their incredible hospitality!
The room service is extremely fast— you order a coffee and it’s at your door in less than 3 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed. The bathroom / shower is high-quality.
A couple of small suggestions: an iron and iron board would be nice to have in the room (as of now they bring it to you as soon as you request it but then remove it when they service the room each day) & and maybe some more shelving in the bathroom (for toiletries, etc). The mattress is just a tad hard, too, so perhaps a softer mattress one day:)

This hotel is ideally located in the center of Rome, just adjacent to the Jewish Ghetto. Also the breakfast was very good. On the other hand we found the rooms really noisy, more than I ever experienced. From your room you could easily follow conversations happening on the corridor and vice versa, especially annoying when people  were arriving late/drunk and were dropping the keys several times because they had to use them for opening the door and turning on the lights. When we shared this feedback with the staff, together with the fact that our bathroom lights switched on without explanation in the middle of the night, during 2 separate nights, their reaction was; “Maybe there was a ghost in your room.” All jokes set aside: we enjoyed  this hotel but we won’t visit again.

We enjoyed the first three nights of our honeymoon here. The room was spacious with an excellent shower and a private “rooftop”/deck. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with made to order coffee and eggs. Nearby to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona - convenient to many tourist spots. The furthest was the Vatican - a 40 minute walk. We were able to leave our bags here when we arrived early from the airport before check in and they were brought up for us upon our return. Great staff and great little find!

Super cool hotel! Personally, I would categorize it as a 5-star experience. It all starts with the amazing staff and the exceptional service they provide—they truly make you feel at home, and it works—it really feels like home. The interior design is a perfect balance of modern chic, hipster cool, and a touch of Roman style. Achieving this balance isn’t easy, but they’ve absolutely excelled at it.

As a frequent traveler, I have to say, this is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I’ve stayed at for a short city trip. Even when traveling alone and booking a “solo pad,” I was impressed by the room’s size, the comfort of the bed, and the meticulous attention to detail in the interior. Definitely worth every penny!

Also, the food and drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced for such an upscale experience. Thanks to the Chapter team!
