This location on a clear day gives you one of the best views of Rome. It is conveniently located close to the city centre and you can get there by bus (get off at piazzale Clodio, walk 5 minutes and then climb up the hill).
We thought this might be too far out from
the center. However there is an easy bus (don't take a taxi) taking you to the bottom. Then enjoy a great walk up to the top where you can enjoy a drink or even dinner at the really friendly and reasonably priced cafe restaurant. The views are quite spectacular.
