The food was amazing, I've never eaten anything like it. Best in starters, pasta, and dessert. The tiramisu was the best of all! It stole my heart.

Make sure to book in advance, it's hard to get a table.

Our hotel concierge recommended and reserved a table for us. A jewel at the heart of Trastevere! Our waiter Dario was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I speak Italian, but he also communicated effectively with my wife in English. When in Rome, definitely a must try but don't show up without reservation. The food is absolutely phenomenal and authentic. I wanted to order one of my go-to bottles of wine, but Dario suggested a local wine and said he would take it back if we didn't like it. However, it was a fantastic wine, even a bit cheaper than the one I had chosen.

The restaurant has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we ordered the carbonara and the pasta came twice overcooked, which disappointed us.
One point to add, the wine list is very good and varied.

Very slow service, even in Italian standards.  The food is ok. We liked the artichoke and  the aged ham. The main dishes were not good aside from pasta with truffle.  The others were mediocre and had no taste. Coffee was good. The place is a bit too commercialized with all the paste in pans.

Located in the middle of Trastevere, the restaurant has a very cute ambiance, especially if you get to sit at their outside patio. Overall, this was a great dining experience. Ordered the fiori di zucca for starters and it was incredible! From the selection of their pastas, we opted for the ravioli mimosa, which they are quite famous for, and the cacio e pepe. Both were equally good, but unfortunately neither were anything spectacular. However, their  tiramisu was one of the best I’ve had in Rome. It was light and just the perfect way to finish off dinner. Their take on the classic mille feuille was also very very good. So definitely make sure to leave space for dessert.
