Did sharing as we had 6 persons, tried starters, oysters, grilled snapper, pasta. All very good. Great to share as we had a chance to taste many dishes. The tiramisu was really good, surprised that it does not have rum or any alcohol. Service was really good with good recommendations.

My recent visit to the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan for what was meant to be a serene happy hour with two friends and my beloved Chihuahua turned into a rather startling affair. Nestled into the chic bar area—tables charmingly, if somewhat impractically, close—I couldn’t help but sense discomfort from a couple at the adjacent table. Noting their evident unease with dogs, I respectfully kept my small companion in my arms throughout our stay.

As we prepared to leave, I set my Chihuahua down, and she meandered briefly past their table (the only path available, given the intimate spacing). What happened next was unthinkable: the gentleman kicked my dog.

Stunned and furious, I chose to address the matter with dignity, resisting a direct confrontation. I approached the hotel manager, Simone, and recounted the incident. He assured me of his own fondness for animals and promised to speak with the couple. After his conversation with them, Simone returned with little more than an apologetic shrug and a “there’s nothing we can do.”

It astounds me that such behavior is tolerated in an establishment priding itself on exceptional hospitality. A space that should embody refined civility allowed an act of aggression towards an innocent pet to pass without consequence. This experience left me profoundly disappointed, and I cannot envision returning. Nor can I, in good conscience, recommend the Four Seasons Milan to friends, pet owners, or anyone expecting a standard of decency beyond the mundane.

Such a beautiful tranquil place in the heart of Milano! Every Four Seasons is beautiful and the service is excellent and this one is no exception! So personable and everyone is very nice, polite and always smile. The manager even surprised my son with a Lego he loved❤️ Amazing food and service. Our room was very spacious given most European hotel rooms are quite small. Beautiful garden. Everything is amazing. The place to stay when in Milano. Will be back!
