Superb. The work that goes into creating the dishes is incredible, every single bite has been studied, tested and created with passion.

The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Chef Leonardo is clearly passionate and proud of what he has achieved and rightly so.

I can't recommend Casa Malgarini enough.

Cibo ottimo, materie prime ricercate di prima scelte, servizio accurato, attento, disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta nei limiti del logico.
Location discreta e curata all'esterno; interno moderno, minimal, intimo, di classe.
Consigliatissimo.

Casa Malgarini è un luogo magico. Oltrepassato il cancello entri in un ambiente dove nulla è lasciato al caso, il giardino e l’ambiente interno perfettamente curati. Lo stile del locale, è un misto tra il tradizionale e il moderno, pieno di dettagli e atmosfera che ti fanno sentire a casa. Il servizio è cordiale, preparato e molto gentile! Ad ogni portata venivano raccontati gli ingredienti, come  sono stati cucinati e accostati tra loro per creare un equilibrio sorprendente! Riguardo le pietanze, nulla da dire, la professionalità e l’amore che mette in ogni singola preparazione lo CHEF Leonardo, si notano e si sentono con tutti i dettagli. I piatti sono  un esplosione di colori e sapori, con l’aggiunta di fiori ed erbe aromatiche. Ripeto, nulla viene lasciato al caso! Il pane e i grissini fatti da loro… speciali! Come benvenuto e saluto ci hanno servito dei piccoli finger (salati e dolci), cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. I prezzi sono onestissimi considerando la cura e le materie prime fresche e a km0(lo stesso chef le raccoglie ogni mattina dal suo orto)! Insomma, Casa Malgarini è un’esperienza gourmet che ti emoziona, dove la vista, l’olfatto e il gusto sono perfettamente in equilibrio.

Casa Malgarini is a magical place. Once you pass the gate you enter an environment where nothing is left to chance, the garden and the internal environment are perfectly cared for. The style of the restaurant is a mix of traditional and modern, full of details and atmosphere that make you feel at home. The service is friendly, prepared and very kind! For each course the ingredients were told, how they were cooked and combined together to create a surprising balance! Regarding the dishes, nothing to say, the professionalism and love that CHEF Leonardo puts into every single preparation can be noticed and felt in all the details. The dishes are an explosion of colors and flavors, with the addition of flowers and aromatic herbs. I repeat, nothing is left to chance! The bread and breadsticks made by them... special! As a welcome and greeting they served us small fingers (savoury and sweet), which we appreciated very much. The prices are very honest considering the care and the fresh, zero-mile raw materials (the chef himself collects them every morning from his garden)! In short, Casa Malgarini is a gourmet experience that excites you, where sight, smell and taste are perfectly balanced.

Restaurant discret mais élégant et très accueillant, entouré d’un jardin et d’un potager. Cuisine locale raffinée et pleine de saveurs avec des propositions innovantes et surprenantes. Belle carte des vins et des amari. Service super. Bientôt l’étoile verte !

Tutto buonissimo. Piatti equilibrati e dagli ottimi accostamenti.
Abbiamo optato per il menù 5 portate, piatti liberamente scelti dai commensali tra le proposte della carta, ad un prezzo più che ragionevole.
Ho amato scoprire lavorazioni particolari della materia prima, come la seppia trattata come un lardo di colonnata o il burro di coratella e tartufo che fa da accompagnamento ad un tenerissimo agnello.
Tra gli abbinamenti più goduriosi merita una menzione il risotto cavolfiore, scampi e cioccolato bianco. Dove la dolcezza del cioccolato esalta la delicatezza dello scampo.
La location risulta elegante, moderna, pulita ma con un forte sensazione di casa. Si trova infatti immersa nel verde di quella che era una prestigiosa villa. E da dove in lontananza si può scorgere un imponente orto, fiore all’occhiello di Casa Malgarini e luogo in cui nascono la maggior parte degli ingredienti che si ritrovano nei piatti.

All very good. Balanced dishes with excellent combinations.
We opted for the 5-course menu, dishes freely chosen by diners from the menu, at a more than reasonable price.
I loved discovering particular processes of the raw material, such as the cuttlefish treated like colonnade lard or the coratella and truffle butter that accompanies a very tender lamb.
Among the most enjoyable combinations, the cauliflower, scampi and white chocolate risotto deserves a mention. Where the sweetness of the chocolate enhances the delicacy of the scampi.
The location is elegant, modern, clean but with a strong feeling of home. It is in fact immersed in the greenery of what was a prestigious villa. And from where in the distance you can see an impressive vegetable garden, the flagship of Casa Malgarini and the place where most of the ingredients found in the dishes are born.
