It was the first time anyone served me espresso without a velvet cream on the top but with bubbles and dark brown colour. Ι saw that they're not cleaning the portafilter with a towel after throwing the old coffee from inside.They just put new ground coffee inside and they brew with the trace amount it was in. Not one time but again and again.. Except from this they are not putting under serius pressure the coffee with a tamper.
