Meritatissima la stella.
Ambiente accogliente,caldo  e rilassante con solo 3 tavoli,camerieri professionali e non invadenti.
Personale giovane ed attento ai dettagli.
In cucina,a vista, regna la tranquillità trasmettendoti un clima di relax e sicurezza.
Il menù è quello e non puoi scegliere se non i due secondi,ma ti seguono in gusti e tolleranze.
Ogni portata mi ha veramente entusiasmato e lasciato un bel ricordo.
È stata utilizzata la stagionalità dei prodotti e questo mi è piaciuto molto,ogni piatto era proprio al posto giusto.
E per finire la pasticceria ha colpito alla grande.
Prezzo onestissimo.
Avrei voluto assaggiare la porzione del formaggio visto che avevo pane a sufficienza,ma l ho scordato,forse se me l avessero chiesto a fine pasto l avrei sicuramente ordinata.
La curiosità si sa in questi ristoranti è molto alta.
Compimenti allo Chef  ed a tutto il personale di cucina che ha saputo valorizzare ogni ingrediente.

Cozy, warm and relaxing environment with only 3 tables, professional and non-intrusive waiters.
Young and attentive to detail staff.
In the open kitchen, tranquility reigns, giving you an atmosphere of relaxation and safety.
The menu is the same and you can't choose except the two second courses, but they follow you in tastes and tolerances.
Each course truly thrilled me and left a beautiful memory.
Seasonal products were used and I really liked this, every dish was just in the right place.
And finally the pastry shop hit the big time.
Very honest price.
I would have liked to taste the portion of cheese since I had enough bread, but I forgot, perhaps if they had asked me at the end of the meal I would have definitely ordered it.
We know that curiosity in these restaurants is very high.
Congratulations to the Chef and all the kitchen staff who were able to enhance each ingredient.
I would like to return for another unforgettable trip.

Come può tutto quel sapore trovarsi concentrato in una  deliziosa micro porzione ? Questa e’ magia non cucina . Consigliatissimo per tanti motivi non ultimi lo stile e la cortesia del personale di sala. Esperienza da ripetere in occasione del cambio di menu in primavera.

Ci ho festeggiato ieri i miei 25 anni di matrimonio.
Ero con mia moglie e mio figlio 22enne.
L'esperienza di gusto è stata all'altezza delle già alte aspettative: ogni portata del menu degustazione (unico) ci ha sorpreso per l'intreccio tra l'invenzione degli accostamenti e delle forme e la ritrovata semplicità degli ingredienti scelti e dei loro sapori.
Ma la cosa più notevole è stata che accanto all'esperienza di degustazione si è sviluppata un'esperienza di scoperta di quello che ogni portata svelava. Questo anche grazie a un servizio puntuale e accuratissimo (quasi sacrale direi) degli addetti al servizio e alla cucina (sono in tre per tre tavoli).
Rispetto al già noto D'O abbiamo trovato prezzi più contenuti e un ambiente più informale (si rimane comunque nell'ambito dell'alta ristorazione): è possibile anche accomodarsi al tavolo che guarda la cucina e interloquire con i cuochi, tutt'altro che avari di spiegazioni.
Il fatto di aver appagato aspettative diverse, comprese quelle robuste di un ventenne, testimonia che lo chef Oldani -già famoso per l'antistante D'O- ha fatto centro un'altra volta.
A proposito: a noi non è mancato un suo giro al tavolo e saluto.

I celebrated my 25 years of marriage there yesterday.
I was with my wife and my 22 year old son.
The taste experience lived up to the already high expectations: each course of the (unique) tasting menu surprised us with the intertwining of the invention of combinations and shapes and the rediscovered simplicity of the chosen ingredients and their flavors .
But the most remarkable thing was that alongside the tasting experience there developed an experience of discovery of what each course revealed. This is also thanks to a punctual and very accurate (almost sacred I would say) service from the service and kitchen staff (there are three of them for three tables).
Compared to the already well-known D'O we found lower prices and a more informal environment (it still remains in the context of haute cuisine): it is also possible to sit at the table overlooking the kitchen and chat with the chefs, anything but stingy with explanations.
The fact of having satisfied different expectations, including the robust ones of a twenty-year-old, testifies that chef Oldani - already famous for the opposite D'O - has hit the mark once again.
By the way: we didn't miss him coming around the table and saying hello.

Abbiamo sentito parlare di questo nuovo ristorante di Oldani ci siamo stati per l anniversario. Particolare è la parola giusta, a me è piaciuto molto ambiente carino raffinato elegante ci sono solo tre tavoli, la cucina e di fronte e ha un solo menu.
Il piatti tutti particolari, belli da vedere e al palato   Tutto molto buono.

We heard about this new restaurant in Oldani and we were there for the anniversary. Particular is the right word, I really liked the nice, refined, elegant environment, there are only three tables, the kitchen is in front and has only one menu.
The dishes are very special, beautiful to look at and on the palate. All very good.

Cena deliziosa, menu calibrato e raffinato, ambiente molto intimo,  è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole. Anche la location è molto gradevole, a mezz’ora dal centro di Milano la piazzetta dominata dal grande Olmo secolare è un’oasi di pace.
