An Italian bicycle handcrafted the traditional way: steel frame, socketed and soldered, not welded, and made to your measurements (complete, not just height and inseam). Colors and accessories as you want them to be. The workmanship is immaculate in every aspect, and riding the bike is pure joy.
But that's only part of it. The other equally important part is service and dedication to the customer. Something you get to experience not when everything goes smooth but only when there are problems. My bike did have a small problem, and that's where Scatto Italiano really shines. Not only was the problem resolved to my satisfaction, but now I know that whatever problem or question I should have in the future, it will only take one email, and the complete team will do their utmost to help, find solutions and leave me a happy customer.

A friend of mine recommended me Scatto Italiano a few years ago and I've always been surprised by their high level of finishing in details, precisions and craftsmanship.

A few weeks ago I decided to upgrade my 1993 road bike and I contacted them through Instagram. Pietro, who helped me throughout the whole shopping process, was extremely professional and friendly. I ordered a handlebar from Scatto Italiano alongside with couple components that are not shown on their website. Pietro gave me helpful advices and made the everything smooth and simple.

The order was shipped from Milan and arrived in New York within two business days. It was truly a delightful experience shopping and talking with Scatto Italiano team. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for high quality and customized bike / components.
