Great location, decent simple breakfast and comfortable yet compact guest rooms.

The downside is external noise which is relentless in this location at all times and not helped by seasonal air conditioning requiring the windows to be open as the only source of ventilation in milder weather.

I would not stay here again due to noise.

I stayed in a jr suite for christmas/new years about a year ago. This maybe was a 5 star hotel 10 years ago but isn't anymore. All the outlets are OLD, I paid over $500 a night for a "suite" that had a bed and a dinner chair, there was NO seating in the room, I had to push the tv back and sit under the stairs to use my laptop. This place needs a renovation! The location was great, but didn't make up for the issues with the room

super central next to the dome that is the only advantage. the rooms we were in was  super small and needed a makeover. the front desk stuff was as very friendly and spoke very good english. the gym is in the other hotel super small no aircon no towels no water very bad service.I think money for value except for the location not worth it.

Reception and concierge service was very low standard. Stayed 4 days and our arrival reception was poor. We were moved twice before we got the room we had reserved. Had to stay a night in an inferior room because the room we’d reserved was occupied. No refund offered. Friendly enough staff but pretty hopeless.

This is advertised as a five star hotel with adjustable air conditioning.  Our arrival was smooth and we were even upgraded.  We went to the room and got ready for dinner.  At this point we noticed that the temperature in the room kept climbing and by the time we left for dinner was at 24.5 degrees C.  I made mention to the front desk on our way to dinner that the AC didn't seem to be working and they said the would check into it.  I came back and our room was not only just as hot but they had come in and opened a window.  When I went back downstairs I was informed that the AC is turned off for the season and it's cool enough outside that my complaints weren't concerning to them.  I told them that we couldn't sleep in a hot room with no ventilation (the fan was turned off also), and we were leaving and demanding a refund of our two night paid reservation since they didn't provide us with amenities advertised,  I was told that I would have to speak to a manager and he is at home and can't be disturbed.  They have yet to refund any amount and my bank is challenging the charges. If you want a functioning room and some basic level of service avoid this property.  In fact I won't stay at any Sina property after this experience.

UPDATE,  Once management found out about my problem, the swiftly refunded my reservation and invited me back at a discounted rate.  I appreciate their willingness to try and make this right.  And have updated the service to reflect this.
