Your beautiful hotel, gardens and excellent staff made my birthday an extra-special celebration for me. The Christmas decorations are magical; it's difficult to imagine any more magnificent setting. (I did place a review on Trip Advisor, but I'm not sure it went through.) Truthfully, I would pass on the hour-long "private boat tour";  I thought 300 euros was a little bit high because it's just a visual overview; the story behind a couple of the villas was interesting, though; the conductor was informative and accommodating (almost immediately I realized I left something  in my room and returned for it.) Overall, my stay was exceptionally beautiful and extraordinarily wonderful.

Nothing short of amazing!!! The property is one of the most sublime experiences that I have ever come across, and I mean that wholeheartedly. Typically I arrive with a slight expectation of what I THINK an experience should be, but here, I had no idea that I would be treated so kindly, welcomed in a way that I felt a sense of warmth, and did not feel as if I were overwhelming the staff when I asked for assistance. This is one of my favorite places on earth to be quite honest. I decided to have lunch at the grill, the food was insanely delicious and flavorful. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, and gladly assisted me with suggestions that aligned with my dietary restrictions. I 100% recommended you give it a visit .

As a destination wedding photographer, I have traveled and stayed at many hotels and resorts. This is my first time staying at Villa D’Este and I was blown away by the service as well as everything was offered. The minute I arrived, the staffs were very helpful and welcoming. The room was great and exceeded my expectations. Every little small detail was impressive. I really have nothing to complain about. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I would totally come back and recommend you to my friends and family!

Absolutely stunning property with the most beautiful details from the lobby, to the restaurants overlooking the beautiful lake and our room - everything was perfection.  The grounds were so picturesque to explore and very romantic.  Our meals were delicious and the service was excellent.  The floating pool design was beautiful and very relaxing to enjoy.  The best in Lake Como!

Villa d’Este is an amazing place to stay. The hotel is gorgeous, and the grounds are absolutely stunning—beautiful gardens and views of the lake from everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and have a classic, elegant vibe.
