For sure one of the best sea restaurant of the Adriatic coast and globally in Italy. The chef is passionate and, throught his experience working with Ferran Adrià, is bringing his unique signature to his dishes. Fermentation and maturation are amongst his specialties and globally the cuisine is really excellent. The atmosphere is familiar and the personnel is welcoming. You'll have a good moment for sure!

We went for the experimental mood menù set @ €180. The food in itself is really good, with points of excellent and a couple of mind blowing dishes. The Chef will make is calm and kind appearance at your table a couple of times which is more than what you usually get at this level. His wife and the maitre are also the great human touch of the experience. The rest of the staff and the related service are the reason why this rating is a 4/5 and not a 5/5. I heard loud comments made by the staff on other clients ( I agree with the content of the comments btw, but that is simply a Not Go!). If you get lucky the maitre/ partner will give you the narrative of the dish served ( which is part of the experience you are buying); if not you will receive a cold description you will only half hear because of the masks. As we were the last table to arrive we did not receive a tour of the lab as promised and we were basically pushed out of the door as it was late. Not cool at all, as I wanted to buy some products and at least a couple of the books on display. Would I go back? Yes but I would arrive for the early shift and would specifically ask for the maitre to run our service.

Simply an exquisite restaurant. The food divinely tasting. The dedication to detail and  craftsmanship show. The service exemplary and a positively wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you can get a booking.

An unexpected evening in the middle of November began a sensory and entertaining journey at the court of Chef Moreno Cedroni who, with his forays into the dining room, transmitted us all his passion for his work.
A triumph of flavors and taste, among all I was conquered by the grilled oyster. Refined typology of the dishes, where fantasy, innovation and heart stand out, the result of the passionate study of who designed the dishes. You can appreciate the Japanese influences and the technique of seafood cold cuts with the various seasonings of fish.
Very interesting the visit to the laboratory, where new flavors and new ingredients are constantly experimented.
Friendly staff, very kind and, at the same time, attentive and professional, made us feel immediately at ease. Extremely welcoming and polite atmosphere. The wine pairing always right. Congratulations to all!
