Truly 5 star experience! We were so amazed by everything at this place. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere has a clean, soft, modern appeal. The menu is small but executed perfectly. The chef has focused on his dishes and he prepared them perfectly every time. We had the pleasure of enjoying their truffle menu and the flavors were intense and satisfying. Their sommelier is a fantastic gentleman and I was astounded by his collection. I wanted to try every single bottle he had. Hands down my favorite place to eat in Alba!

The food was above average, but the service was disappointing. The strawberry sorbet had a distinctly artificial taste, and we refused to eat it. However, it was still included on the bill.

Amazing restaurant with an impressive wine list (even including a lot of famous French wines). The food was just perfect and when talking to the chef he told me he used to work in Locanda del Pilone, a hotel with a 1 star restaurant just outside of Alba which we visited a few years ago. Worth a visit!

The dishes were beautifully presented. All the antipasti and primi courses we ordered were hits--excellent taste and texture, with very flavorful sauces. However, the secondi dishes were a bit off (overly salty Baccalá, dry & overcooked Brasato). The Tiramisú al pistacchio needed more flavor.
