I am so sorry but you will visit a place where ambition will not meet aspiration of the staff. Nothing excites you in their dishes. You will be excited after ther amuse bouche but then there is only one slope and it is down. It has to do with the lack of capability of how to arrange a dish so that it becomes an experience. The chef has learnt by heart how to prepare individual parts to perfection but has not understood yet how to combine the components to go to a level which would be worth to spread the word. Sad but true. Service anonymous and in parts not up to standards. Overall do not go out of your way to visit. My recommendation aim for less and be great at what you do.

Bellissimo ristorante, con un bel locale in stile moderno e un servizio, che ti accoglie e ti accompagna per l'intera esperienza, davvero davvero come si deve. Il menù comprende un "menù degustazione" composto da 5 portate a fantasia della chef, in base alla stagionalità (che io consiglio vivamente) e il menù alla carta.
Il menù degustazione è una vera e propria esperienza che permette di far esprimere a pieno la chef; i sapori e i piatti sono davvero ben fatti e i gusti delle pietanze si sentono a pieno. Dal benvenuto, fino al dolce completamente vegano, è stata un'esperienza davvero davvero ottima, con una qualità e una cura altissime.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
Una vera e propria chicca da provare (e magari riprovare) assolutamente.

Beautiful restaurant, with a beautiful modern style room and a service that welcomes you and accompanies you throughout the entire experience, truly as it should be. The menu includes a "tasting menu" consisting of 5 courses chosen by the chef, based on seasonality (which I highly recommend) and the à la carte menu.
The tasting menu is a real experience that allows the chef to fully express herself; the flavors and dishes are really well made and the flavors of the dishes are fully felt. From the welcome to the completely vegan dessert, it was a truly excellent experience, with very high quality and care.
Excellent quality/price ratio.

Un pranzo al Ristorante /gu.stà.re/ oltrecucina a Borgomanero che ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi.
Il locale è molto accogliente, pochi tavoli ben piazzati permettono privacy e tranquillità, appena arrivati ci hanno chiesto eventuali intolleranze alimentari e cosa non ci piace.
Abbiamo assaggiato il menu degustazione : tutto eccellente e ben presentato, ottimi i vini.
Un grande complimento alla Chef Valentina, ogni piatto una piccola opera d’arte, evidente la grande passione per la cucine e tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
Da non trascurare : i bagni pulitissimi e, per asciugarsi le mani, salviettine di spugna bianche arrotolate singolarmente e disposte a vista in tanti piccoli scomparti sotto al lavandino.
Consigliamo assolutamente.

The place is very welcoming, a few well-placed tables allow privacy and tranquility, as soon as we arrived they asked us about any food intolerances and what we don't like.
We tasted the tasting menu: everything was excellent and well presented, the wines were excellent.
A great compliment to Chef Valentina, each dish is a small work of art, the great passion for cooking is evident and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
Not to be overlooked: the spotlessly clean bathrooms and, for drying your hands, white sponge wipes rolled up individually and arranged visible in many small compartments under the sink.
We absolutely recommend.
