A nice experience, but not an exceptional one. It might have been due to my high expectations, but today I don't think it's worth 2 stars. The service is very good, the atmosphere is great, and the dishes are good and well-balanced. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, as the service was definitely not up to par.

Unforgettable.
This has been a marvelous stay, one of the best in the last years. The hotel has tons of beauty and an unbelievable professional staff. The welcome was given by Fausto, Francesca and Luigi at the front desk. They're all so good looking and gentle.
We have booked a deluxe room next to the Spa, highly recommended, which was perfectly cleaned (thanks to Diana the housekeeper), spacious and warm.
The evening was succeeded by a delicious dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant. The Chef Gabriele Boffa is so able and kind as to come at the table and greet personally. His dishes; a beauty to the eyes and a delight to the palate. The service was handled by Thomas and Martino which are amazing, so knowledgeable and kind.

This lovely hotel has got a nice Spa as well, which makes the whole experience just astonished. Sauna, bath steam and lovely pool overlooking the beautiful colours of autumn.
Overall I have got a suggestion: the illumination in the bathroom has to be better, we ladies need enough light for the make up ;) and the television in the room is a little bit old.

Amazing food. Some really good staff (unfortunately too variable). Nice ambiance. A bit over priced but totally worth coming and coming back.

Probably the best 1 Michelin Star of Enrico Bartolni range of restaurant. Very good Piemontese cuisine.

A very beautiful and elegant space w/ an innovative touch of the local Piedmontese cuisine (definitely make sure you try the meat - Carne Cruda , local pasta - Tajarin) ...very attentive services as well!
