We will definitely come back! The apartments were very comfortable and clean. Pool area and the lake was beautiful. Pictures don’t do justice. The staffs were so kind and helpful. When we had a leakage issue in the kitchen, it was resolved within an hour and they prepared a cute cake for my husband’s birthday. Lastly, me and my family all loved the breakfast.

This hotel was simply wonderful.in every way imaginable. The staff were very attentive, chatty, but not in your face. They would do anything they could to make your stay as perfect as possible. Excellent with local information and ideas, marvellous with logistics (valet parking was an unexpected treat)...just genuinely lovely people who cared a lot about their service.
The rooms are beautiful and the kitchen very well equipped with clean, modern top brand appliances and utensils, crockery etc.
The location could not be better, quiet, exceptional views, secure behind locked gates, literally right on the lake (crystal clear, I swam in it twice).
Pool clean, warm plenty of loungers and lovely fluffy towels.
Restaurant is simply outstanding...best evening meal I've had in years. Exceptional. Breakfast was also very good.
It's pricey, but still very good value.

Special thanks to D on reception and D the Pool/Lake attendant. Lovely humans and their service was exemplary and a credit to the hotel.

As a returning guest looking forward to another stay at Laqua by the Lake, I approached the booking process with high expectations based on past experiences. Unfortunately, this time around, the reservation process proved to be quite challenging and left much to be desired.

Communication: The email correspondence with the reservation office was extensive, with numerous emails exchanged that seemed to circle around basic details regarding rates and dates for a two-night stay. Despite my efforts to clarify what I was looking for, the communication felt inefficient and somewhat frustrating.

Customer Service: While the staff was polite in their responses, the lack of understanding and action on straightforward requests was disappointing. Despite multiple emails I never received the right proposal.All I wanted was the price for two rooms for two days in June.

Overall Experience: The booking process has unfortunately tainted my perception of what I remembered as a top-notch service. It is crucial for hospitality businesses to streamline communication and provide clear, concise, and relevant information to ensure a smooth customer experience. I hope my feedback will be taken as an opportunity for improvement.

Looking Forward: I am hopeful that the actual stay will match the high standards set during my previous visits and that improvements can be made in handling reservations more effectively.
