We found out about Scatto after our stop in Vercelli to eat at the Costardi Brothers’ restaurant, since Manuel mentioned it to us. We were quickly to make a reservation for the next day and it was SO worth it. We had the pleasure to enjoy the chef’s table experience and have to say the food and service was exceptional. I loved the concept of mixing more modern cuisine with their traditional risotto dishes and just every single aspect being beautifully curated for an adventure of the senses. Thanks to Christian and his amazing crew for being so welcoming to enhance our night even more.
