This was an amazing experience!
If you're into asian food and italian food and lots of surprises - this is the place you need to visit!
Everything is so modern, not like the usual Michelin star restaurants, which makes it, in my opinion, an unique experience.
I do not drink alcohol and have some serious allergies but they offer you a delicious homemade kombucha and take really care of your allergies.
It was not the typical long 4 hour sitting (we chose 17 courses), the courses came quick and there were many surprises from the start 'till the end - it's perfectly timed and organised.
The staff was very friendly and did an amzing job! I wish I could tell more about this but I do not spoil ;)
You have to do it - this is something, where you leave the restaurant with a smile :)

Great Michelin star quality restaurant! Unlike a few other reviews of this place mine is very positive. The 15 course tasting menu took about 5 hours, but this was time well spent.
It was a rollercoaster of tastes and experiences. The dishes were partitioned in two, arguably three, groups (sour and umami) but had a common factor: the use of fermented products. Almost every course had some fermented ingredient which caused special and surprising tastes.
Highlights of the meal were the quail and the razor clams. Both made to perfection.
These guys clearly got a great deal of experience from the three star Martin Berasatgui in San Sebastian but here they created their own beautiful unique culinary experience.
The staff was very friendly and personal to give a friendly and welcoming feeling.
If you have the time to go here, definitely do!

Fantastic meal and the perfect setting to try an exciting take on local flavors! Bros stands out from the other “southern comfort” meals we had and was worth the trip to Lecce for a michellin quality meal. Service was outstanding with great wine pairing suggestions.
