I don't usually write reviews, but the team at Gianfranco Fino are truly deserving of a glowing one. An unbelievable experience, from the wine and food, to the hospitality, to the beautiful estate. Chef Simone is a visionary, his passion and dedication is clearly evident in the food he so meticulously prepared. The whole team was incredibly professional and generous and I cannot recommend this place enough

One of the best meals of our holiday in Puglia. The staff were great, the food was delicious and of course all paired with excellent wine and all with a bonus of being in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend.

Cenare da Es è una vera e propria esperienza culinaria. La location si trova tra le campagne di Manduria, dove nelle sere d’estate la frescura e la calma fanno da contorno ad una struttura totalmente rinnovata e curata nei minimi particolari. Inutile dilungarsi sulla bontà e struttura di ogni singolo piatto, poiché è talmente tutto curato nei minimi dettagli che si potrebbe ordinare ad occhi chiusi restando piacevolmente sorpresi dalle note sprigionate da ogni singola portata. La cantina è ricca e curata, ricordo che Es è anche una azienda vinicola, e il personale saprà consigliarvi la migliore scelta per il menù selezionato. Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo passato una delle nostre migliori serate insieme, ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, staff competente, gentile e professionale. Nota merito l’essere venuti incontro senza problemi per la mia intolleranza al glutine.

Dining at Es is a real culinary experience. The location is located in the countryside of Manduria, where on summer evenings the coolness and calm surround a totally renovated structure with attention to the smallest details. There is no point in dwelling on the goodness and structure of each individual dish, since everything is so well looked after down to the smallest detail that you could order with your eyes closed and be pleasantly surprised by the notes released by each individual course. The cellar is rich and well-kept, remember that Es is also a winery, and the staff will be able to advise you on the best choice for the selected menu. My girlfriend and I spent one of our best evenings together, we will definitely return. Last, but not least, competent, kind and professional staff. Note I deserve to be accommodated without problems for my gluten intolerance.
