It breaks my heart not to give the best review I could ever give, mostly because of the staff. The staff is amazing! Nice and helpful. The location is great as well. Walking-distance to lots of nice restaurants and you can park your car on the street without paying for it. However, I didn't have the best experience with the room. They put me in a room that was accessible. Why? I don't know. At first, I didn't think it was a big deal until I had to use the toilet. It's so high, because obviously it was adapted for people in a wheelchair. Also the toilet seat was a little wobly. I told then the problem, and they said they fixed it, but no, it was not fixed. I could see another room from the bedroom, and the curtains were not blackout, so I was a little bit uncomfortable of getting change there. Breakfast was very basic, and you have to pay if you want extra stuff like scrambled eggs! Overall, I don't think I would come back. But I see from the reviews that other people had better experiences. Maybe I was just unlucky!

I went here because I thought the project was lovely and a great initiative. I was very well received, and the service was fast. The appetizer was amazing, but the main dish was plain, missing flavor and color, and effort.

THE STAFF HERE ARE INCREDIBLE! We stayed in a room here and had the most amazing experience. The breakfast was so delicious, and all the staff is so kind. The best part: we came back to Cagliari 6 days later and had 3 hours to kill in the city before our flight. I called Anne to see if she might be comfortable storing our bags, I was happy to pay and had no expectations. She said of course, wanted no money at all, and offered us coffee, water, carried our bags and called us a taxi to the airport. All of this amazing service 6 days later when we weren’t paying customers. They’re just genuinely lovely people with big hearts. Thank you Locanda! We’ll be back!
