Una splendida serata. Sono abituato a calibrare le mie aspettative in funzione del luogo dove mi trovo e devo dire che il livello dei piatti proposti e' eccellente.
Tutto e' preparato con amore, in modo maniacale. I menu' gourmet sono un'esperianza culinaria, non e' una semplice cena, ma molto di piu'.
La tagliatella di carrubba ed il coniglio porchettato mi hanno veramente colpito. Il vino proposto, un rosato di produzione propria, un Neri Etna Rosato, da nerello mascalese con leggeri sentori di frutti rossi, gradevole acidita', ha ben accompagnato la serata.
Il servizio invece, mi spiace molto doverlo dire, non e' stato sempre ai livelli dei piatti proposti, nulla di drammatico ci mancherebbe, ma alcune cose vanno dette.
Sono a mio parere tre le note stonate; il menu gourmet prevede il classico mini aperitivo di benvenuto, sarebbe assolutamente gradito e premuroso servire anche un semplicissimo prosecco con questa portata. Se non vuoi farlo, liberissimo, non lasciarmi con il piatto sotto il naso 10 minuti ad aspettare il vino che ho ordinato, non e' piacevole.
La squisita piccola pasticceria servita alla fine andrebbe anch'essa accompagnata da liquore, un amaro, un caffe'..anche qui, se non vuoi offrirlo, vieni almeno a chiedere se lo vorrei.
Di un'esperienza le persone ricordano sempre come e' iniziata e come e' finita, le parti centrali svaniscono nella memoria.
Detto questo mi sento di consigliarlo e sicuramente ritornero'.

A wonderful evening. I am used to calibrating my expectations according to the place where I am and I must say that the level of the dishes offered is excellent.
Everything is prepared with love, obsessively. The gourmet menus are a culinary experience, it is not a simple dinner, but much more.
The carob tagliatelle and the roast rabbit really impressed me. The proposed wine, a home-produced rosé, a Neri Etna Rosato, from Nerello Mascalese with light hints of red fruits, pleasant acidity, accompanied the evening well.
The service however, I am very sorry to say, was not always at the level of the dishes offered, nothing dramatic would be missing, but some things must be said.
In my opinion there are three discordant notes; the gourmet menu includes the classic mini welcome aperitif, it would be absolutely welcome and thoughtful to also serve a very simple prosecco with this course. If you don't want to do it, you're welcome, don't leave me with the plate under my nose for 10 minutes waiting for the wine I ordered, it's not pleasant.
The exquisite small pastry served at the end should also be accompanied by liqueur, a bitter, a coffee... even here, if you don't want to offer it, at least come and ask if I would like it.
Of an experience people always remember how it began and how it ended, the central parts fade into memory.
Having said this, I would recommend it and will certainly return.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo avuto l‘occasione di cenare al ristorante 12 fontane. È stata una serata strepitosa. Lo chef Elia e tutto il suo staff ci hanno viziato in un percorso gourmet dove ogni piatto era un esplosione di gusto. Al mio parere la stella Michelin se la meritano del tutto, sia per la location,  del servizio e soprattutto della Cucina.

My wife and I had the opportunity to dine at the 12 Fontane restaurant. It was an amazing evening. Chef Elia and all his staff spoiled us on a gourmet journey where every dish was an explosion of taste. In my opinion they completely deserve the Michelin star, both for the location, the service and above all the cuisine.

Nous aurions mis 6/5 si cela aurait été possible. Cuisine excellente, service efficace, classe et sympathique.
Les plats sont d'une grande finesse avec des produits de qualité et locaux.
Les saveurs sont présentes, la touche Sicilienne est bien représentée dans les plats et c'est que nous voulions.
Le service est assuré par des serveurs parlant Italien et Anglais.
La salle est très belle, joliment décorée et le piano en musique de fond est agréable.
Nous espérons de tout cœur que vous obtiendrez l'étoile du guide Michelin !😉

We would have given it 6/5 if that would have been possible. Excellent cuisine, efficient, classy and friendly service.
The dishes are of great finesse with quality and local products.
The flavors are present, the Sicilian touch is well represented in the dishes and that's what we wanted.
The service is provided by waiters who speak Italian and English.
The room is very beautiful, nicely decorated and the piano in the background music is pleasant.
