We have spent here a most wonderful evening as a family with a fantastic fish and seafood menu on highest level. The recommendation Sicilian wines very exquisite and the atmosphere very relaxed.

My family booked Christmas Eve dinner here and arrived at 810 for an 830 reservation as we wanted to make the Xmas mass at the Duomo by 11. We were a party of 4 we ordered the 6 course tasting menu and while we all found the food, cocktails and staff lovely- we felt stress as we were not near the end of our meal time was getting closer and closer to 11pm. When we told the staff we wanted to make it - they told us the mass  actually started at midnight. Our dessert arrived at 11:47 and we felt very rushed to eat it - when we arrived at the Duormo - the mass has already started and we could tell that it started well before midnight (~11:30).

I think having nearly 30min between each course was rather long for 6 courses. Being from Spain, many 1 stars have more courses and out bit faster.  3-1/2+ hours is a very long time- other than that feeling rushed at the end- the food and service was excellent

The food and service were impeccable! We have been to many Michelin restaurants before but this is definitely a top five for us! The food was beautifully served and every details was perfect. Many compliments to the chef. The servers were also so kind and well-mannered. The pricing also  surprised us because 150 euro for a 6 course meal (which included 4 dessert dishes, including a digestive ) is not easily found amongst Michelin restaurants. The wine menu was okay but there was a definitely a lack of selection, although we enjoyed our wine.

The service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. The price, in consideration that it is Michelin Starred restaurant, was priced very well (150 euros for a 6 course menu). The service was impeccable and everyone was kind and welcoming. The food was the only thing not of full Michelin Star caliber. Although there were a many dishes that were delicious and innovative, a few dishes lacked the Sicilian aspects I expected. The 120 euro wine pairing/tasting was also lackluster. They provided very eccentric wines, but were lacking with both the price of wine and the amount of wine. Overall the food was nice but the big blemish was the wine pairing.

A gastronomic journey and the perfect restaurant for my birthday. This restaurant definitely deserves that you don't hesitate to book a table.

We chose the tasting menus "For the Love of the Sea" and "A Land to be Discovered." My taste buds were in awe of the combination of ingredients, and my eyes reveled in the presentation.

The most delicious dish that sent me into ecstasy was the pigeon.

Great service. Very friendly and pleasant waiters. We felt as comfortable and cozy as possible.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish the Cortile Spirito Santo team a Michelin star.
