I can say that it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The employees are very rude. The rooms are very bad. There is no hot water when we return from skiing. Even if it does, you cannot take a shower because it flows very slowly. The pool is very dirty and cleaning is not important. single beds are narrow and uncomfortable. The rooms are not heated enough. When we tell you that you can move to another room, you have to pay money. Towels and toilet paper are chargeable. I am afraid that they will also ask for electricity and water fees when leaving. Kitchenware is very lacking in the residence section. We even had friends who had to buy the soap themselves.

Pros:
The room was clean, modern looking and had a small kitchen to do some basic cooking.
Location is great since restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance.
Mattress was pretty comfy.
Parking garage with lots of spots. 5 euros per day

Cons:
The blinds are too thin. Our room faced the street and the blinds didn't block out the street lights. Luckily I had an eye mask to help with this.
Only one washing and drying machine for all residences so it was always in use when we wanted to do laundry.
We had some issues with the hot water but the staff resolved it very quickly.

Good place. 5 minutes from lift Championi. Some rooms are great some are not at all. Would recommend to book 5 months upfront. Services are so so. Haven't fixed our heater after 2 days of asking, no sorry, nothing. When we wanted to extend the room for 1 day (Dec 31-jan1) they asked for 1000k instead of the rest days price in 360. The room remained unaccupied but they haven't reduced the price.

A little underwhelming for the price and rating. TV didn’t work, staff was unhelpful/unfriendly (especially maitre d), it was a confusing maze to get to our room that involved two elevators, very slow WiFi, room has no AC and gets very hot, was only given one key for four people and the power doesn’t work without it, and more.

But on the positive side, it was clean, great location, and got the job done.

Amazing hotel where you get too see Matterhorn right from your Balcony :)
Breakfast has lot of varieties. Water is not free you have to buy it.
Only drawback I found is, Hotel is around 1.4 km from central station and you have to walk up and there is elevation for road.
Taxi usually costs 15-20 CHF each ride and all hotels and train station is at central city.
