Ottima esperienza, cucina di altissimo livello dal benvenuto al dolce. Alcuni piatti estremamente brillanti, su tutti l'amuse bouche alla cipolla, il risotto coi porcini e il sigaro dolce. Wolfgang ci ha saputo consigliare benissimo sul vino. Ristorante ad oggi (1 novembre 2024) che ha ricevuto anche pochi riconoscimenti rispetto a quelli che meriterebbe, su tutti la stella Michelin. Siamo stati a diversi stellati e in alcuni la qualità non si avvicinava minimamente a quella dell'Artifex. La sala è gestita benissimo da Wolfgang e Alessio, unica piccola pecca che Alessio (nonostante bravissimo!!) non parli italiano. A inizio cena, comunque, ci è stato comunicato che se avessimo voluto il servizio in italiano ci saremmo potuti affidare a Wolfgang, quindi il problema non si pone!

Per chi ama la cucina gourmet fatta bene, il posto è una tappa imprescindibile in Alto Adige.

Excellent experience, cuisine of the highest level from the welcome to the dessert. Some extremely brilliant dishes, above all the onion amuse bouche, the risotto with porcini mushrooms and the sweet cigar. Wolfgang was able to advise us very well on wine. To date (1 November 2024), a restaurant that has received fewer awards than it deserves, above all the Michelin star. We have been to several starred ones and in some the quality was not even close to that of the Artifex. The room is managed very well by Wolfgang and Alessio, the only small flaw is that Alessio (despite being very good!!) does not speak Italian. At the beginning of dinner, however, we were told that if we had wanted the service in Italian we could have relied on Wolfgang, so the problem didn't arise!

For those who love gourmet cuisine done well, the place is an essential stop in South Tyrol.

Вчера первый раз побывала в этом замечательном ресторане и осталась очень довольна ! Мне повезло познакомиться лично с Шеф поваром Тиной Марчелли  , которая оказалась  очень дружелюбной женщиной !
Спасибо Тина Марчелли и Ким Марчелли за то ,что сделали мой вечер особенным !
В ресторане вкусная еда , красивая подача блюд и очень хорошая винная карта . Мне очень понравился сомелье - который идеально подбирал вина под каждое блюдо !

Was für ein Genuss! 8 Gang-Menu mit Weinbegleitung war wirklich exzellent! Lokale Zutaten, sehr kreativ, wunderbar angerichtet. Desserts ebenfalls exquisit. Daneben eine top Begleitung durch einen jungen Sommelier (Alessio). Can only recommend! Geheimtipp: Montagmittag - geht sehr gut auf mit den Zeiten der Kinderbetreuung im Hotel (bis 16.00) :-)

What a treat! 8 course menu with wine accompaniment was really excellent! Local ingredients, very creative, wonderfully prepared. Desserts also exquisite. In addition, top accompaniment from a young sommelier (Alessio). Can only recommend! Insider tip: Monday lunchtime - goes very well with the childcare times in the hotel (until 4 p.m.) :-)
