Siamo ritornati in questo ristorante segnalato dalla Guide Michelin, location molto graziosa, è situato all’interno dello Stafler Romantik Hotel di Mules nei pressi di Vipiteno.
In considerazione della giornata soleggiata abbiamo potuto pranzare nel romantico giardino interno.
Abbiamo assaggiato, da un piccolo menù, Ravioli di finferli con pomodori e porri primaverili del contadino di Mules, Finferli con canederli di polenta alle erbe e salsa alla panna vegetariana, Costoletta di maiale Duroc in crosta di senape e erbe con cavolo rapa del contadino di Mules e croissant di patate.
I piatti della tradizione e quelli delle ricette più ricercate proposti sono squisiti, di qualità e con l’utilizzo di ottime materie prime.

We returned to this restaurant reported by the Michelin Guide, a very nice location, located inside the Stafler Romantik Hotel in Mules near Vipiteno.
Considering the sunny day we were able to have lunch in the romantic internal garden.
We tasted, from a small menu, chanterelle ravioli with tomatoes and spring leeks from the farmer from Mules, chanterelles with polenta dumplings with herbs and vegetarian cream sauce, Duroc pork cutlet in a mustard and herb crust with kohlrabi from the farmer from Mules and potato croissants.
The traditional dishes and those of the most refined recipes offered are exquisite, of quality and with the use of excellent raw materials.
The service is young, friendly and professional.
The prices are appropriate to the proposal and the quality offered, excellent address, absolutely worth trying.
