It is a great restaurant with excellent food and service. It's a cozy atmosphere. Tiny and exclusive. The price-value ratio is very fair for this kind of restaurant.

The best ever restaurant that I visited for the last 2 years. I stayed in the hotel and wanted to have a dinner, so I order a la carte option. I was positively shocked by the quality of service and food taste. Everything was super delicious and service was 10 out of 10. So, I was thinking that I would definitely give a Michelin star. And then on the way back to my room, I saw that there is a Michelin star)) Google, I think that is the case when 5 stars is not enough, I would give 5+ stars. Honestly, I did not expect such high quality restaurant in such a place. Best greetings to owners and the whole Team.
No doubt, my recommendations!! I really hope to come back in the nearest future.

We interrupted our journey at the Romantic Hotel Stafler for a Gourmet Dinner at the "Gourmentstube Einhorn' for the second time now. With a family of six and got great rooms, facing the mountain site (away from the motorway & railway line). The beds were excellent, as well as the bathrooms and we had a very nice night.
We had the Gourmet menu (2-star Gauil Millau) at the Einhorn and it was without a doubt a highlight. Very tasteful, creative and well presented. The service was matching the Gourmet standard and very knowledgeable. We would like to point out, that the 'greeting from the kitchen' was an out-standing composition and delicious. In total nothing to complain, except the 'lemon risotto' had too much lemon (with 'buddas hand' fresh lemon taste).
The Hotel & restaurant service was very helpful and friendly. We will be back to visit this great place in Tirol again.

This was my second visit and it was worth it once again. The chef‘s creations are all unique and dished like artworks.

In comparison to my last visit really only the time between the courses changed positively. Previously you had downtimes of up to 40 min between courses, now there is a maximum of 10 min between each course.

The menu is filled with plenty of intermediate little „amuse-bouche‘s“ to refresh your taste for the upcoming dish.

Service is excellent, very fast and competent. Chef Peter Girtler even visited the guests during the menu to ensure everything is fine. He is a very humble person, which i very appreciate over other more show-off personalities.

We interrupted our journey at the Romantic Hotel Stafler for a Gourmet Dinner at the "Gourmentstube Einhorn'. With a family of four we booked two double rooms (with balcony) and got great rooms, facing the mountain site (away from the motorway & railway line) - it was very quite. The beds were excellent, as well as the bathrooms and we had a very nice night. However the corridor carpet and decoration (material & colors) will require attention in the future. The swimming pool area & outside terraces was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
