Everything was spot on. From the olive oil, to the quail, to the pasta with black garlic. The star was that pasta and the quail dish. Great price for the quality and portions. Best restaurant I have tried in Trento. It’s not trying to do to much, it’s honest, it’s delicious: it’s Italian with perfectly executed flair. All you can do is applaud.

The place is next to a small square and a small road with nearly no traffic, it is quiet. I was here for lunch and I was sitting outside. I had a mixed salad and a sea bass Mediterranean style. The food was decent, especially the bread and olive oil they served. Beforehand I got a tiny soup of watermelon and almonds, which was very tasty.
The menu for lunch is not big, but there is a good choice for everybody possible. The staff is very nice and polite. They also speak English very well.

One of the rare Trento restaurant to avoid falling into a predefined and limitative box. Its cuisine is innovative but comforting, stranger to borders while lover to the terroir. Very nice "cachet", and the service was worthy of the Italian reputation.

We ate here during our last holiday in Oktober 2024.
The food was very refined, the place was very cozy and the personnel wqs very friendly. Excellent for a nice lunch.
