Best sandwich ever. I went just before 10am when it opened and it was the greatest decision. I avoided a line up and was able to order a delicious and fresh truffle mortadella sandwich. The bread was incredible, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the toppings were endless but my most favourite part was the mushroom truffle spread and ricotta cream - just incredible. It was super flavorful. I enjoyed every single bite and that sandwich was huge!!! It was worth every single penny. The service was super friendly, efficient, and quick. Make sure to go because it was AMAZING!!!

I finally visited the most famous sandwich shop in Florence, expecting a long wait, but with three storefronts working in sync, I barely had to queue. The bread was perfect—crispy outside, soft inside—and the "Pistachio 3" I ordered was incredible. The pistachio cream was rich and generous, tying everything together beautifully. Now I see why this place is so famous—absolutely worth it.

2 lines. One allows for modifications to the sandwich (the main line next to the 3 shops in a row) the other you have to order off the menu without any changes (the solo shop across from the others). Line goes fast so don’t abandon too quickly. Great sandwich and well worth it-just wished my mouth was ready for the crispiness of the outer side of the focaccia bread. Another tip—can ask them to split the sandwich in half!!!

Another dry and hard sandwich—but I actually like the taste! They have two lines, and you can order at either counter, but people often don’t realize this and wait in just one line. The staff were very nice and even offered to cut the sandwich in half so we could share.

Heard great things about this place, and that they had a restaurant in New York, so I first tried the New York location - it was good, not great. Came here - this was great.

The line can be a bit chaotic because there are like 2 or 3 counters that they open up randomly. There is some English speaking staff here who are very helpful. The sandwiches are also phenomenal. I will definitely be back.
