From the beginning till the end of the delicious food session everything was absolutely perfect. Each dish is well thought out by the Japanese chef, who knows everything about both the Japanese cuisine and the Italian cuisine, making perfect fusion dishes. Absolutely recommended and we will come back here again!

This is one of the best meals of my life. Every course was perfectly balanced and unique! It’s a completely different experience than the rest of Florence, but that made it special. I still cannot believe we had a 7 course tasting for 50€! We would highly recommend visiting after experiencing Florence for a few days. That gave us time to try the local dishes and better understand the fusion and nods to Tuscan foods!

Every dish was a thoughtful adventure. They were wonderfully hospitable and the food was incredible. Our wine paired perfectly with the food.

We had an amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant. The lunch course meal exceeded our expectations, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant itself had a beautiful and cozy ambiance.

The meal began with a refreshing gazpacho with horse radish, followed by delicious duck gyoza and Japanese curry. The highlight dish was the duck udon, which was simply outstanding. The chef proudly shared that the noodles are freshly made every day, adding to the authenticity of the experience.

Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The server was friendly, and we were particularly impressed by the chef's language skills. He effortlessly conversed in fluent English, Italian, and Korean, making our visit to the restaurant truly special.

We highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a soul-nourishing dining experience.

Had one of our favorite meals in Italy at Cibleo. If you’re looking for an alternative to all the italian food, this is definitely worth the visit. Dinner was a 7-course meal that was uniquely Japanese with Tuscan ingredients. The chef was trying out a new menu but everything was flavorful and creative. Highlights of the night were definitely the grilled sea bream with fresh seasonal peas and one of their signature dishes the roast beef “bao”. Service was amazingly friendly and the host even offered to call us a taxi after the dinner. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Florence.
