An icon in the world of fine dining. Enoteca Pinchiorri delivers on everything it promises. The choreography of beautiful dishes, smooth service and amazing wines works perfectly without the feeling over over-rehearsal.
What I will remember forever is the wine pairing; here you will have the privilege for a relatively accessible price to taste marvelous bottles from the most exclusive producers. I strongly recommend to spend more here and go for a Grand Cru pairing and just enjoy. I have never been happier after drinking a bit too much.

My wife and I visited Florence last week for her birthday and had a reservation here a few weeks prior to that. We had the 7 courses with white truffles. The foods were excellent with very unique flavors, textures and taste that would guarantee to excite our taste buds. The white truffles definitely elevated the foods to another level.

This was an absolutely amazing night. Antonio and the entire team were spectacular.
The food was amazing, and the wine paring was a one of a kind experience.   The service went above and beyond.  When a glass was half done, they immediately refilled, whether water or wine.
The water menu was a new experience, so we tried 3 types of water. The wine Bible was too large to even read, so we went with the 3 wine pairing where they keep filling your glass.
We chose the a la carte menu, and we're very happy with the selection.
We were able to see the wine cellar, which was a jaw-dropping experience.   We WILL RETURN the next time we are in Florence.

Didn’t like the cheese plate. If you’re not a big cheese lover, suggest skipping the cheese experience that costs 45 euros/person.

We’re struggling a bit with this one. We’ve been to many Michelin star restaurants, but this was our first experience with 3 stars. The food was incredible, but we really did not enjoy the overall experience. And for the price you pay, that’s hard to reconcile with.

I’ll start with the food. Nothing bad to say here. Multiple dishes had you saying “wow” as you take a bite. The menus are very well designed and the portions are pretty respectable. If you have the option, you have to try the veal chop - I’m still dreaming about it.

Now on to the experience. It’s a bit stuffy and pretentious. Look, you’ve got 3 stars, you can do that. It just wasn’t for us. The dining room is extremely bright and it’s almost silent. It’s like every table is afraid to make any noise because of how you’ll be perceived. Hard to describe the overall feeling, but it definitely wasn’t an enjoyable or welcoming environment.

The staff was certainly nice, but you’ll notice a lot of reviews mentioning that they constantly up-sell you. They’re right. They come to your table often trying to get you to spend more and then look down upon you if you turn it away. Again, just not for us.

Last thing here - the price. Again, you’ve got 3 stars, you can charge whatever you want. BUT - every single aspect needs to be perfect, and I can’t say that here. It’s pricey. Like, €120 per dish. Not going to dwell on this too much, we just didn’t feel good about the value we were getting. To each their own…

I’d still recommend coming here, just do a bit of your own research first.
