My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of March, 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The staff are all amazing, so kind and helpful. The entire hotel is very clean and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The only slight inconvenience was the temp was a little warm in our room and it wouldn't cool down even with adjusting the thermostat. We weren't in the room much other than to sleep so it wasn't a huge deal and somewhat expected in Europe, especially in March. We would absolutely stay here again and would 100% recommend.

Excellent location, a beautiful and historic yet cozy atmosphere. Impeccably clean, with a pristine bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and fresh orange juice. Perfect for a family stay.

The highlight of the hotel was the outstanding reception service. The staff warmly welcomed us, provided great recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, and were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring our stay in Florence was unforgettable.

I would return to this hotel a thousand times!

We booked direct and received a discount, free minibar and book. The hotel is well situated just a short walk away from the train station and many popular sites. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. Rooms and public areas are very clean. The deluxe triple room was extremely spacious and the bathroom was luxurious with a massive bath and separate shower. Breakfast was included and there was an excellent selection including several options for guests with gluten allergy. I would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice hotel not too far from the major plazas, galleries, and the river. The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable, the shower included both a rainfall head and handheld sprayer, and everything seemed to be well cleaned. The included breakfast was pretty good. The highlight was a machine that juiced oranges and dispensed the juice on tap.

There were several little annoyances, though. The privacy button inside the door didn't work. There were a couple days when the shower hot water was not hot at all. Breakfast was seat-yourself, but silverware and napkins were only provided by servers, so during busy times you just sat at your table with your food until a server was free to bring you silverware. The room key slot that enabled and disabled light switches also disabled the power outlet, meaning we couldn't charge devices without leaving a key card in the room, which would defeat the purpose of that slot. We had two keys so we did that a couple times, but then housekeeping removed the card from the room entirely, so the charging didn't happen and we lost our extra card. Near the end of our stay someone decided to put fresh lilies in the hallway, which, while beautiful, made the whole place smell like a funeral home. We needed to check out before 4 am, so we asked the evening before if it was possible to get a boxed breakfast, but we were told that wasn't possible because the kitchen was closed.

Overall it felt like a nice experience that could use a bit more tuning.

So many great things about this hotel.  The location is excellent and within a quick walking distance of all the major sights.  I traveled with my spouse and teenage kids and we felt safe walking back at 9pm.  The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to help with all requests.  The room was very spacious and comfortable.  The breakfast is outstanding.  The building itself is beautiful and well taken care of.  Do not hesitate to book here.  I would stay here again without a doubt.
