Another incredible stay at the Hotel Savoy !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property and the entire staff.

From the moment you enter the lobby you are greeted with a genuine warmth and a very friendly and attentive staff, setting the tone for a very memorable stay.

The rooms are spacious, lovely, fresh and impeccably kept and the restaurant offers various delicious dishes you can enjoy from an early morning plentiful breakfast, to a midday lunch and end with a delectable and elegant evening dinner.

You are made to feel very special and valued as a guest. No request is overlooked or considered too big or too small. The attention to detail in every regard is exceptional. The staff is genuinely happy to assist, reflecting the pride and leadership that makes this property and the stay so very special. Its wonderful to see familiar faces each year after being so fortunate to return every year for over 20 years.

Each stay is magical, making memories that will always be cherished. Looking forward to next year and more wonderful experiences in the beautiful Hotel Savoy and with the people that make every part of your stay simply perfect.

A true 5/5 experience, never had anything like it. Extremely luxurious, super nice and helpful staff, and a PERFECT location. Beautiful building, beautiful city. They had all the accommodations you will ever need, truly a luxury stay. Can only recommend.

I recently enjoyed an extended stay at the Rocco Forte Hotel Savoy during my summer trip to Florence, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Florence has to offer.

From the moment I arrived, the Hotel staff made me feel welcome. From the front desk to housekeeping, room service, and the restaurant staff during breakfast, everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. They were incredibly helpful, even assisting me in retrieving my lost phone from a taxi. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with appointments and recommendations added so much to the experience. I felt safe and well-cared for throughout my stay.

Overall, this hotel provided a truly exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

I literally can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was a perfect experience. The staff makes you feel special and like you are the only guest there. Unbelievable service and the daily gifts to our room…we got spoiled. A beautiful hotel close to everything. If you want great service, a beautiful clean hotel, and location, this hotel is it. 10-15 minute walk to just about anywhere and a black from the duomo. Highly recommend. Thank you for making our first trip to Italy an experience to remember.

With no doubt the hotel Savoy is the place to stay whilst in Florence: the location is unbeatable, the standard of service is very high without loosing its Italian warmth.
The staff makes the difference by being present, never overwhelming and always attentive to your needs.
Be sure to have at least one aperitivo at the bar for the best cocktails in town and reserve a table for lunch or dinner to enjoy exquisite and iconic dishes.
