Amazing food and atmosphere spoiled by poor service.
Attended this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel concierge.
It’s in a great location and the room and patio are stunning.
The menu is varied with excellent choices.
Bar has various options and an extensive wine list.
What really let this place down was the service.
When we arrived there were tables seated after us who had orders taken and served before we had our orders taken. We had ordered a drink that needed to be asked for twice and even then I had to go to the bar to request they actually bring the order.

The croquettes were delicious and highly recommended.  The salmon was fresh and really well balanced with the salad.

The pizzas were delicious despite being served cold.
Loved the pumpkin on a pizza giving a delicious sweetness. Can recommend it.

Overall the site and the food is amazing. This was marred by poor service and a clearly angry waitress who was not supported by her team. Slammed plates and withering looks are really unappreciated no matter the cost of the meal.

Delicious, chic and great service. Large restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent menu. You must try the Trofie Pesto pasta, the Tortelloni, the tomato focaccia and the Stracciatella pizza. They also offer a great selection of wines and cocktails.

Nice place, the pasta was great, the chicken fillet was a bit dry and tasteless. Considering this is at the center of Florence, the prices were ok.

Very good burrata and smoked mozzarella. The truffle tagliolini wasn't any special though, the truffle wasn't fresh and the dish pretty bland, not much truffle flavour.

There are so many more interesting places to eat in Florence, why would you eat at this chain pizza place? Their gimmick is fresh mozzarella. And yes, it was quite good. But mozzarella is so simple. The pizza was fine but not terrific. The outdoor seating is in a nice area but the indoors has no love.

The worst problem is the staff, only place I've been in Italy yet where the waiters didn't know their job. They were helpful enough if you told them what to do but were completely clueless.
