A wonderful meal, well deserved of its Michelin Star. In recent years, we had lost faith in Starred taster menus. Borgo has restored it.

The interior is beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service is provided by the staff. Since I'm not Italian, I was very impressed with how well the waiters explained the food, which was sourced mainly from Tuscany.

Anyone with allergies or intolerances should know that the restaurant won't substitute any ingredients, but will try and offer another dish. Using this method was a great idea. You don't lose the balance of a dish.

We had the Experience Taster Menu with a few dishes swapped. There was an elegance to all the dishes. It was a superb meal from start to finish. Tasting menus aren't always like this.

While the meal is expensive, I think it's well worth it as a treat

A delicious meal that combines Tuscan ingredients & flavors into a clean and enjoyable tasting menu. The service was excellent, and I appreciated their ability to accommodate my dietary requirements by providing a gluten free version of the menu

Delicious from start to finish. Really delicious.

Best meal I had in Italy! It was very expensive but well worth it, the food was absolutely excellent! And the head Sommelier, Salvatore, crafted amazing pairings with the food and some of those wines are now our all time favorites. Recommend sitting outside to enjoy the view. I had the summer tasting menu and my wife had the vegetarian tasting menu, both were fantastic.

One of the best meals I've ever had hands down. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and every single dish was so delicious and perfectly made. The service was top notch - very attentive and friendly, and super knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Michelin restaurant to visit in Florence.
