Amazing steak with exceptional service from Ammar! It gets busy, so you should make a reservation, but it's worth it. I'm a steak snob, and I got the Italian wagyu florentine after reviewing all the meats with Ammar. They brought our the cut for me to examine, and it was delicious. Lots of flavor, while still tasting more lean than a Japanese wagyu (better in my opinion).
The side of asparagus was the best we have ever eating. Everything we ate was amazing. I highly recommend this place, we even came back the next night to try the Swami meat.

Chain steak restaurants at Florence  and we went to the one nearest to Florence Rail station. Maybe it’s the menu that we ordered (the before 6pm special), the biscetta steak was quite tough . But the service is good and responsive.

It’s one of 4 locations which already lets you know that it’s super popular. But as every restaurant that turns into a chain, it’s hard to have the same level of consistency on all. This location is not the best in my opinion (in front of the train station) and my experience was a bit chaotic since I booked at 8pm and got my table almost 8:30pm…Food is very good though. Service is fine but you can tell they are a bit stressed and in a hurry. Maybe I had bad luck on the day that I went or maybe the other chains are better... Besides the meat, I recommend the grilled vegetables and potatoes.

Vi åt menyn. Förrätten, kallskuret, var bra. Huvudrätten steak Fiorentina var saftig, god och perfekt stekt men potatisen som kom med var bedrövlig. Den smakade som kokt potatis som kallnat, ugnsrostats, kallnat och sedan värmts upp. Servisen var väldigt stressad och ägnade oss inte mycket uppmärksamhet. Vi fick be om notan fyra gånger och uppmanades till slut att gå till kassan och betala ”för de hade det så stressigt”

Middag på Trattoria dall’Oste Chianineria var verkligen en upplevelse från det ögonblick vi gick in. Restaurangens djärva, slaktare-stil atmosfär med dramatisk röd belysning satte omedelbart tonen — det kändes autentiskt, levande och lite teatraliskt, vilket gjorde hela kvällen känns speciell. Vi började med en blandad förrättstallrik (jag kommer inte ihåg det exakta namnet) , men låt mig varna er: portionerna är enorma! Allt kommer ut på en gång, vilket var lite överväldigande, men också spännande. Urvalet var otroligt — prosciutto, salami och ett sortiment av ostar, alla rika på smak. Bruschetten som åtföljde var också utsökt, med färska, smakrika pålägg. Till huvudevenemanget var vi tvungna att prova den legendariska florentinska biffen, så vi beställde den minsta storleken som fanns tillgänglig (ca 1 kg) — och även det var massivt! Det kom fräsande på en värmeplatta, vilket höll den varm och tillät oss att laga det lite mer om vi ville ha en annan doneness. Jag brukar inte vara ett stort bifffan, så smaken var inte livet - föränderlig för mig personligen, men upplevelsen i sig var fascinerande. Att se den komma fram, dela den runt bordet och se alla gräva i gjorde det verkligen värt det. Det är ett måste - prova för alla som besöker Florens. Till min egen huvudrätt valde jag tryffeln carbonara, och den var helt utsökt. Såsen var varm, krämig och tröstande, med massor av rakad tryffel på toppen för att ge den den där extra doftande fylligheten. Definitivt en av höjdpunkterna i måltiden. Vi beställde också aperol spritz, som var standard men trevlig. Och till efterrätt provade vi mille - feuille, gjord av krispiga bakverk med grädde emellan. Det var dekadent och sött, men lite knepigt att äta eftersom lagren är svåra att bryta — men ändå en härlig avslutning på måltiden. En sak att notera: mat här kommer ut mycket snabbt och nästan allt på en gång om du inte specifikt frågar något annat. Det kan vara ett proffs eller en nackdel beroende på din matstil, men hur som helst kommer du att bli frisk - mätt på nolltid. Totalt sett är Trattoria dall’Oste Chianineria mer än bara en restaurang – det är en upplevelse. Mellan den imponerande atmosfären, de generösa portionerna, den berömda florentinska biffen och den härliga tryffelkolaran är det en måltid jag aldrig kommer att glömma. Rekommenderas om du vill fördjupa dig i de sanna smakerna av Florens.

Satte på florentinsk biff och hon gjorde ingen besviken. Utsökt! Personalen är vänlig och uppmärksam, hade bra förslag. Vi njöt av en flaska rödvin, tryffelpasta och cheesecake till efterrätt som var en tjock originalsmak med en syrlig bärsås ovanpå som jag och min man älskade, speciellt för att man kunde se vaniljbönan i skivan. Definitivt göra en reservation här, tog vi 20% av vår mat eftersom vi gjorde en genom The Fork (app, mycket mer populär i Europa än USA, men gratis att gå med och värt att ladda ner) .

Tjänsten saknade uppmärksamhet och professionalism. Servitörer bör vara mer utbildade och assisterade av senior eller mer erfaren personal när det behövs, plus mer än 1 servitör, under middagen, kom vid vårt bord, vilket visar dålig bordsunderhåll färdigheter. Att vin inte finns tillgängligt vid glaset är oacceptabelt, särskilt eftersom de senaste körlagarna som implementerades gällande den begränsade alkoholhalt som får konsumeras. Även om vid ingången vår bokning var bekräftad, gavs hela räkningen snarare än det rabatterade bokningserbjudandet. Detta bevisade än en gång att uppmärksamhet på detaljer är avgörande och måste förbättras. Trots detta infriades matförväntningarna väl.

Trattoria dall’Oste är inte det billigaste alternativet i stan, men det är värt varenda krona. Servicen var varm och professionell, maten var utmärkt, och vinutbudet var utmärkt. Om du besöker Florens, måste du prova bistecca fiorentina här — perfekt tillagad, mör och packad med smak. Lätt en av de bästa måltiderna vi hade på vår resa. Rekommenderas starkt om du letar efter en matupplevelse av hög kvalitet och en riktig smak av Toscana!

Jag har varit där för att äta middag. Jag beställer lite biff och enligt min åsikt hade jag den bästa biffen från Firenze! Om du vill ha en bra restaurang i en trevlig och utvald restaurang är detta valet. Värt det!

Vi hade en dagsutflykt till Florens och ville ha den berömda Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Denna plats kom med högt betyg så vi valde det, men blev tyvärr besviken. Inte i maten, det var utsökt. Inte i vinet, det var fantastiskt. Inte i atmosfären, det var spektakulärt. Vi blev besvikna på servicen. Vi kände oss ovälkomna och uppriktigt sagt, tjänsten sög! Vår server (Han) förklarade inte menyn eller hur man beställer. Han log aldrig och agerade avvisande. Men när han serverade ett annat bord av lokalbefolkningen log han och visade överväldigande glädje, med oss var han besvärad och vägrade att hjälpa till. Ett annat par satt bredvid oss, och deras server, en asiatisk kvinna som talade engelska, var till stor hjälp. Hon förklarade menyn för paret, och vi insåg att vi inte beställde allt vi kunde få. Återigen, allt utom servicen var bra, men vi kommer inte tillbaka för att äta här. Det finns så många andra ställen i Florens som serverar Florentine Steak. Gå och sök och hitta en bra.

Vi kom hit häromkvällen, inte till en bra start, varför damen med det stora afrohåret jobbar i receptionen, jag vet verkligen inte, inte ett leende, inte välkomnande och uppenbarligen hatar sitt jobb. Vår servitör tog alla 4 av våra drinkar, förrätter och middag utan att skriva ner något, Så gissa vad han glömde en drink och viktigast av allt glömma en sås som borde ha kommit med mina vänner biff, vi fortsatte att fråga var är det och allt vi fick var “det kommer” när det kom han nästan avslutade sin biff, alla 3 jag var med var inte imponerad av sina biffar, mycket genomsnittlig Min biff med ost & valnötssås var väldigt god. Vi kände oss mycket bråttom, det fanns ingen personlig service vi kände som ett nummer in och ut som en kö var utanför dörren för nästa parti. Inte imponerad av servicen alls, personalen låtsades vara trevlig men med ett chip på axeln, Slösa inte din tid på att besöka det finns så många andra fantastiska ställen att äta i Florens!

Min vän rekommenderar denna plats. Jag åt deras florentinbiff och den smakade fantastiskt. Fantastisk atmosfär. Dyr mat. Bra läge.

Mycket god mat, mycket bra läge och mycket vänlig service. Priserna är som överallt i Florens. Det är värt att prova. Jag rekommenderar starkt .

Provade biffar med mashroom och balsamicosåser. Nu vet vi att mycket bättre är att ta bara T-ben eller någon annan biff utan såser på, bara salt! Mycket trevligt ställe, på en av de viktigaste restaurang och shoppinggator.

Hur kan ett sånt här ställe få så många fina recensioner? Snubblade jag av misstag in i en parallell dimension där maten är Michelin - stjärnmärkt, och tjänsten får dig att känna dig som en besökande dignitär? Min upplevelse var mer som att sitta vid barnens bord på Thanksgiving, bara ingen kom ihåg att ge mig min mat. Kyparen dök upp snabbt till en början, som om han drogs i ett osynligt snöre. Han tog min beställning — en respektabel tryffelpasta för primi, biff ai funghi för secondi — och försvann med effektiviteten av en trollkarl som viftar bort sin assistent. En lovande start. Pastan kom så snabbt att det kändes förövervakande, som om köket hade väntat på mig innan jag ens satt mig. Det var bra. Ingen uppenbarelse, men bra. Sammetslen tryffel, al dente pasta, den typ av maträtt som viskar ”Italien”, men inte så högt att den överröstar tankar på andra platser.
