First of all these people are amazing. I have read all the bad comments about service, non-welcome behavior from server and owners, only cash payments and all. I have to say non of them happened while we were there.

They welcomed us since we entered the restaurant. They have informed us about food and took our order. Even the owner said we ordered too much food and he suggested us to cancel couple of them and we listened and guess what he was right.

The best ribollita i have ever had and believe me i had it every single restaurant that serves ribollita.

Picci and pappardelle hand made perfectly cooked not heavy and fresh.

And Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Hands down the best Florentin steak. The best. They don’t insist about temperature of the steak. Not rare actually it’s between medium to medium rare not bloody and really quality cut.

We never take a picture in any restaurant we went but this one was exception.

We walked in without a booking, we were lucky to grab the last available table. Highly recommend booking in advance!
The staff was friendly, described the menu in English and shared their recommendations.
There was probably an error on their end, since we waited 45 minuted for the antipasti.
The food was good, the pesto gnocchi was excellent, a favourite. Other dishes were hearty and homey, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. The atmosphere felt very authentic, big family eating together type of place.

After having a day of sightseeing in Florence it was amazing to have the delicious experience of Bistecca Florentina (Steak Florentina). It was cooked on a wood fire and rare. One of the juiciest meats I have tried. It was served with bone but sliced.

You don't get to choose the amount. We were three people and we wanted to have less than a kilogram but their smallest slice was 1.3kg, which was a little hard to finish.

It's quite pricey, but worth trying it out. For us just the meat was almost €80. And with the sides and the wine it exceeded €130

The service was very friendly and nice. I would recommend!

Hade stor personlig service av en av ägarna - vi delade också en av pasta (rekommenderas av ägaren) och de gav oss en liten del av 3 sidor - potatis, spenat och vita bönor med vår biff. Allt var förberett väl; biffen helt sällsynta och andra rätter var välsmakande och rejäl. Del Fagioli gjorde den lokala traditionen av Florentine Bistecca med sidor mycket bra, men i allmänhet var detta inte min favoritmåltid i Florens eller i Italien. Inte felet på restaurangen, men totalt sett är detta en grundläggande måltid, som även när det görs väl inte stack ut jämfört med de obegränsade fantastiska alternativ i hela Florens och Italien.

Visst var de upptagna, och deras bemanningsmodell kunde säkert behöva fler människor, men vi var 90 minuter efter sittning och fortfarande bara vatten och bröd som var länge - borta. Middagen kom äntligen 1 timme 45 minuter efter sittning! Vi var alla så frustrerade och arga att alla bara åt snabbt (vi var utsvultna) och bad om notan. Efter ytterligare 15 minuter utan att få checken ställde vi oss helt enkelt upp och flyttade till utgången där jag återigen bad om checken. För att förolämpa skadan tar de bara kontanter som inte kommunicerades i skyltning eller i menyn. Tyvärr var det överlägset den värsta erfarenheten vi hade i vår månad - lång vistelse i Italien, men lyckligtvis var det vår enda flopp. Maten var bra, men servicen var motbjudande.

Utmärkt toskansk restaurang! Servicen var enastående och maten var ännu bättre. Ägaren hade kocken speciellt förbereda vår mycket favorit citron ricotta raviolis, ribolita soppa, färska grönsaker och avslutade med hemlagade desserter. En av våra bästa måltider någonsin i Toscana. Rekommenderar starkt! ! !

Vi bad personalen på Palazzo Roselli att rekommendera några lokala restauranger. Fagioli var runt hörnet, liten, typ av bar som atmosfär, med bra mat till rimliga priser. Bokningar är ett måste annars kan du bli besviken. Första natten var så bra, vi återvände på vår sista natt i Florens.

Fantastisk traditionell mat, super personal och atmosfären är stor, en riktig buzz. Superpriser. Det tar bara kontanter, inga kort!

Vi har haft en mycket trevlig måltid på denna populära och vänliga restaurang. Personalen är så passionerad om rätterna att vi hade svårt att bestämma vad vi skulle beställa. Maten är utsökt, serveras i en avslappnad takt.

Förmodligen den bästa biff jag någonsin ätit. Utmärkt mat, bra personal och även bra atmosfär. Vårt bord var litet och vi var andra par bredvid varandra men jag var fascinerande att observera de olika storlekarna på biffen som de presenterade för dig innan de lagade mat. Vi fick en t - benbiff och toscanabönor som det är tradition och radicchiosallad!

Vår bästa måltid i Italien lika mycket för maten som vänlighet och tålamod hos ägaren, Antonio. På grund av ett bokningsfel från vår sida hade de inte vår bokning på sina böcker. De var helt engagerade och vände andra promenader i kunder bort. Vi blev besvikna och redo att lämna när Antonio sa till oss deklarativt, "Oroa dig inte, du kommer att äta här ikväll. ” Maten var en riktig kvalitetsupplevelse i toskansk mat. De förklarade VARJE objekt på menyn. Vi började med två soppor: Ribolito och Papa Di Pomodoro. Både fantastiskt och så till skillnad från någon soppa jag har haft på grund av det tillsatta brödet. Jag åt dessa soppor med en gaffel. Prova en eller båda som förrätt. Pasta var nästa och vi hade Penne och Picci. Den ena hade en köttsås och den andra vanliga tomatsås. Enkelt och rent i smaker. Vi slutade med en 1. 3 kilo biff delade fyra sätt som var förkolat på utsidan och fortfarande svävade på insidan. Utsökt. Vi hade också bönor och potatis som var läckra och inte svävande alls. Öknen var en skiva hemgjord vaniljsås och en skiva äpple / päron torte. Alla, började med Antonio, var nådig, varm och tålmodig trots att de var tvungna att pressa för att släppa in oss. Sammantaget var vår mest minnesvärda måltid i en resa fylld med goda måltider.
