A more formal restaurant tucked in a tiny town outside Pisa for pasta!

Upon entering the town, you feel like you're out in the countryside with the tiny roads. Luckily, parking was very easy! There's a lot right next to the restaurant. You'll easily find the restaurant as it has a bright yellow door.

The restaurant felt a bit formal for lunch. The food was incredible. We began with a bottle of red Dievole to share. For starters, we had this incredible fried zucchini. We had a soupy pasta dish, but I wasn't too much of a fan. For mains, we had two pastas and I couldn't rave more about their pastas.

There are so many places to eat well and even excellent in Italy, it's hard to keep count. If you are in the Pisa region this is definitely a place to recommend if you don't want to eat very well but not in the city. Their menu is divided into "mare" and "terra", which gives you a nice choice depending on your gusto.
It's not a cheap place but you will be surprised how little you have to pay for the amazing quality of the food. Around fifty euros per person including wine for a three course meal is pretty amazing.

This place is great. I went to celebrate my daughter's birthay. The service was incredible. The food is delicious,  every dish was impressive. The indirect lighting over the domes makes a beautiful atmosphere. If you are around Pisa is a must.
