We ordered a 6 course tasting menu and  dishes were very playful and innovative, we enjoyed it a lot. service was also great, quite attentive and friendly. The only critique I have  is that some dishes could have been balanced a little better, the green tomato risotto was very sour (I enjoy sour foods but this was a little too much for a risotto), I wish the dishes came out a little warmer, I understand that they serve it at a temperature that can be eaten straight away but some dishes were just about warm. The tomato cracker that came with the bread tasted good but had way too much salt.The petite fours were very cute and were also great. Our waitress came with a little brush to clear the table before dessert but didn’t do a great job as there was still a pool of bread crumbs next to me (where she stood to clean up). It was my mum’s birthday and I’d written this in my reservation but they didn’t do anything for the dessert, no candle even which was a little disappointing.

Overall, I’d definitely come back, it was worth it for the price, relatively inexpensive for a tasting menu in my opinion.

Amazing cocktails and very weird hosting by the staff. We had to change 3 tables before finding one on our own. Music changed too fast and from one genre to another which of course affects the atmosphere. Very clean and Avantgarde restroom philosophy.

My favorite cocktail bar in Florence! The atmosphere is lush, tucked away into a naturalistic bar and restaurant, and both the crowd and staff are consistently stylish in tune with the ambience. You are offered complimentary welcome drinks on arrival, which are light and refreshing. The cocktail menu in addition is also unique but classic. The bartenders are friendly and creative, and there are even live DJ’s and music at times. You can be ensured a fun and elegant experience. It’s always a good night here!

One of, if not the best, bar experience I have ever had in the world. While my main focus was the bar and cocktail program, I did order some small bites with the trout tartare, and the quality of the dish was great. As were the provided accoutrements for bar patrons of roasted nuts and pickled vegetables; delicious.

But this experience is most elevated by the bartenders and cocktail program. After only briefly chatting with one of the bartenders, Chars, and discussing what I was looking for/in my time at Locale, he steered me in the right direction for my food and cocktail pairing. However, before my food came out, he offered me a half-serving of another cocktail from their menu which he felt might have been similar to what I was looking to enjoy. It was delicious, and while not exactly what I wanted, the proactive thought and attention meant more than the outcome of the drink.

Upon my food arriving, Chars quickly poured the cocktail I ordered, noting that “timing is important” with a smile. The food was great, and the drink was phenomenal, as expected with such excellent mixologists. After a couple cocktails, and a few tastings/shots with Chars as well as his fellow bartender Max, they offered me a tour of their underground level which the restaurant is built upon — dating back almost a millennium. The space downstairs was so stunning and perfectly executed, it has me planning to at some point return for a private dinner hosted in the space down below for its uniqueness and incredible history.

Thank you again to Chars and Max, as well as the host and other employees who made my experience at Locale so fantastic. What was intended to be a quick solo nightcap at a new bar/restaurant I had not previously been to, turned into a multi-hour experience full of plenty of incredible drinks and conversation with everyone who helped me at Locale. Truly a must-visit spot in Florence.

För det första, för en icke-stjärna restaurang detta är definitivt för dyrt, det måste förlora 100 euro eller mer från priset. Baren rummet ser mycket trevligt och vi skickades till matsalen som var bra. Vi gjorde akt 3 och vinparning. Kurserna var mestadels mycket bra, inga riktiga klagomål, kanske ett par rätter inte i vår smak. Servicen var mycket bra, vänlig och kunnig om mat och vin. Jag skulle inte rekommendera på grund av priset och disken träffade inte perfektion för att motivera det

Vi hade en riktigt underbar tid på Locale Firenze. Cocktails var expert crafted - vi älskade särskilt No Cloud i Mexiko och Foglia. Personalen var vänlig och uppmärksam, ger vattenpåfyllning i hela och den bästa pickles jag någonsin haft. Lokalen var så vacker och atmosfären var perfekt för tidiga kvällsdrinkar. Älskade musiken, älskade cocktails; värt vartenda öre.

Fantastisk mat underbar atmosfär stellar vinlista omtänksam personal och sommelier. Älskade IT så fort vi kom in. Självklart är baren unik och fantastisk. Restaurangen är välbalanserad med olika rum. Avslappnad och spännande 🩷

Vacker plats, service var bra, vin var mycket trevligt, bröd och smör färskt och crusty, maten var en total besvikelse.

Fantastiska cocktails i en vacker miljö gömd undan en sidogata. Personalen är super vänliga och mycket kunniga. Några bra små saker som sätter denna bar ut från resten, inklusive att ta din drink och ställa tillbaka i kylskåpet när du går på toaletten. Fantastisk upplevelse från början till slut

Detta var den absolut sämsta Michelin restaurang jag har varit på. Jag har ingen aning om hur detta gjorde guiden med tanke på den fruktansvärda service och matkvalitet. Atmosfären är fantastisk men ingenting kan kompensera för den tragiska middagen och servicen. Jag beställde en vodka martini, kyparen bekräftade vodka, sedan kom en gin martini. Inga problem, saker händer, men jag blev förhörd av servitören som fortsatte att lukta och smaka på martini innan du återvänder ( 20 minuter senare - efter somm hade kommit förbi 3 gånger) . Ingen samordnad insats för att synkronisera tjänsten - ingen ursäkt. Kurserna var en ständig besvikelse som kulminerade i en filet som inte kunde tuggas. Den absolut största besvikelsen av min resa till Italien. Skulle gärna höra från restaurangen - men tvivlar på att jag kommer.

Underbar plats för sofistikerade cocktails skapade av kunnig och vänlig personal. Rummet är härlig, om än lite utanför allfartsvägarna.

Maten var riktigt god, vi gick a la carte men det fanns massor av små extrasaker som vi inte förväntade oss och smakerna är fantastiska. Min enda gripe är de ögonvattnande priserna för vinlistan, jag kanske har läst det fel men den billigaste flaskan var över 200 euro - det skadar inte restaurangupplevelsen att ha ett mer acceptabelt sortiment

För dyrt, överhypat, underväldigande. Maten var inte dålig, men cirkusen kunde lätt ha varit bättre eller undvikits. Tjänsten var okej i bästa fall, det kändes som om de gjorde det som en tjänst. Jag hade hela avsmakningsmenyn och avsmakningsparningen. Rekommenderar inte och kommer inte tillbaka.

Atmosfären och servicen var bra. Sedan gick vi till matsalen. Återigen, atmosfären och servicen är förstklassig. Avsmakningsmenyn var så - så. Intressant, men jag har haft mycket bättre. Pläteringen var vackert gjort, bra presentation, men smakade helt ok. Jag kanske bara inte fattade. Mitt råd är att gå till baren och hoppa över middagen.

Det här stället har en härlig känsla och bartenderns teater är bra att titta på. Inget märkvärdigt att bara sätta på sig sina färdigheter när man gör cocktails. Denna plats är känd för sina negroni och jag måste säga Isley negroni var utmärkt. Lite på den dyra sidan men definitivt värt ett besök.

TLDR: Chefen på plats är professionell, men en av de mörkhyade servitör som ser lite skrämmande ut är rasistisk mot asiater. Skulle ha gett det 1 stjärna, men har en extra stjärna för chefen Kom till baren vid ca 930 pm, och väntade i kö för att få ett bord, en trevlig dam kom ut och placerade oss i kö för ett bord. Efter att ha väntat i ungefär en halvtimme kom den här mörkhyade snubben från ingenstans, pekade ut oss och berättade att eftersom vi är "för nedklädda för smart casual food bär byxor" och att de alla är fulla för ikväll, så, och jag citerar "det är omöjligt att ge dig ett bord", när vi tydligt ser människor som bär liknande kläder (jackor och byxor) kommer in och ut ur baren. Självklart lämnade vi eftersom han tydligt riktar oss eftersom vi är asiater. Edit: Vi pratade med chefen efteråt, han var mycket bättre att prata med, mycket professionell. Även om jag inte är säker på om det finns några additl åtgärder som vidtagits om situationen, eftersom vi lämnade och inte skulle bo på en rasistisk bar.

Helt vacker restaurang, härlig personal men en riktig "foodie" plats. Om du inte är en äventyrlig ätare bör du förmodligen välja en annan plats eftersom det finns en ganska begränsad meny om du inte väljer avsmakningsmenyn. Personalen kunde inte ha varit mer barmhärtig om det, men vi gick med någon med mat allierade och en annan person som äter ett ganska begränsat urval, så vi var tvungna att lämna. Om du inte kommer att vilja prova mer ovanliga parkopplingar, då är detta inte platsen för dig, även om det är verkligen härlig och speciell interiör.
