One of my first "fine dining" experiences and it was amazing. The people here are so nice and so patient, they will explain everything in detail about the courses again and again. The price also felt absolutely justified, as they welcomed my requests and they went beyond my expectations.

Gorgeous ! The restaurant has an excellent cuisine! Our choice… of complete tasting menu certainly enhanced the culinary experience which we preferred compared to the vegetarian one. The service was impeccable and added a touch of pampering to the meals. The chef who came to the table to pay homage to us was fantastic. Compliments!

Most memorable meal in Umbria. Delicious cuisine with good wine pairing and attentive service. I love how the chef incorporates different techniques and styles in the tasting menu. Well done!

Do not jump to any conclusion from the semi industrial environment around this restaurant - this is a pure gem. The chef kept surprising us in any of his dishes throughout the tasting  menu. Creative, precise and tasteful dishes. Bravo. They were also very accommodative with lactose sensitivity.

The place is just wow
Location could be better but the rest is awesome at the very least.
Service is impeccable both the waiter and the sommelier are outstanding and it was a pleasure to watch the chef at work
The plates were special and original, made out mainly of common ingredients. Mackerel was wow and the eel was so good that didn't think of a picture
