Wow. I don't know how to describe this meal but it was fantastic. We tried the 9 course tasting menu and every single plate was incredible. We added the 4 glass wine pairing as well as a glass of champagne and two of the cheese offerings and the total cost was 310 euros per person. Its certainly an expensive meal, but on the scale of Michelin star restaurants it is probably the best value I've seen yet.

It is rare to see such a passion and joy. Food was delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Contemporary designs showcasing best of Aosta region ingredients and history. I chose Arte menu and it very creative.  Not only a feast for the mouse but also great sensations on the vision and nose as well.
