The food was good, but not really impressive. Atmosphere was below average as I felt some of the other diners were not particularly enjoying the meal.

For service, it was very disappointing. The receptionist just pointed us to an area in the restaurant without leading us to the table. It took the waiter a long time to gave us the menu in a very carefree manner. When we ordered a bottle of sparkling water, the waiter confirmed his understanding, yet brought us a bottle of still water afterwards unknowingly. The waiter also poured the water into my glass in a very carefree manner, spilling over a lot of water onto the table, again, without noticing it. The service level did go back to normal standard after we mentioned this series of issues to the waiter, but the overall impression had already been ruined.

In short, the servicing staff's professionalism has huge room for improvement - it was not something we were expecting for a restaurant in such a high-rated hotel.

Excellent fish. The service was great too.

We were seated at the chairs near the window and they were so low!

There is no parking spaces in the compound but you can easily park in the outdoor parking lot 3mins walk away. After 7or8pm, it is free parking.

I thought the risotto was undercooked and hard and sent it back to the kitchen, but it came out the same. The table behind me also gave the same feedback to the waiter. However, instead of a sloppy defence, the waiter apologized for it. When I asked why it was hard and if it was normal, only then he said it was normal in that area. So it was strangely nice to see that the waiter didn’t jump to defend the food by saying that’s how it’s supposed to be done.

Chef Andrea Chivetto and his team did an awesome job with the food. We have a couple of dishes and they were best in the town. Our servers , Francesco & Chieco went above and beyond to take care of us. I would be come back here again mainly for the service everybody has provided. Thank you!!

Francesco treated us like family, delivering impeccable service and ensuring our every need was met. The food was delicious, arriving just in time, and we never felt rushed despite the full house. Thanks again Francesco for making this a memorable experience!
