We travel the world, enjoying fine dining and this little gem was exceptional.
The menu was niche, but the delivery was A1.
The service from the proprietar and staff was intimate, caring, and knowledgeable.

My family and I had an amazing dinner! From the food and wine pairing to the service. Everything was impeccable. Jovani picked the best and unusual wines for each food provided by the chef. I was impressed by the quality and love that comes with each dish. I recommend to do both the wine and food pairing. And we chose the history option. My mom is gluten free and they were able to accommodate and surpass her expectations for each of the dishes.

After a year and a half in the desert, we went back to our hometown in Italy, where my amazing wife decided to buy me a lunch at a Michelin star restaurant for my 35th birthday.  She decided to book a table at La Corte, which is a stone away fr the valdobbiadene vineyards, easily reachable with our Vespa px. The restaurant is part of a 17th century villa, which also host a chateau  & relais named Hotel Villa Abbazia.
The relaxing atmosfere, the taste in the decor and the warmth welcome made us feel immediately at home. As soon as we sit, our journey begun. Its reductive to call it a lunch, cause what we did was a culinary experience, a journey for our taste. From the welcome dish to the coffee we jump from the fish to the meat without even noticing the change. Every dish was incredibly well presented, and the components very well balanced. The ingredients were incredibly intertwined in a pleasant mixture of taste, where every single bite was an experience. The wine further enhanced the dishes, and put a hat on the whole experience. It was our first time on a Michelin star restaurant, and I can say it was one of the most memorable experience I will have in my life. I will remember it forever, and hope to have the chance to return there next year.

I am impressed. First class service. Excellent presentation of food. Endless choice of wines. Warm setting. What else do you need ? Well worth a Michelin star and a few hours of driving ! I shall come again !

Lovely experience in beautiful garden. Sommelier was amazing, would highly recommend following his processco and white wine choices, some of the beat we tried in region. The tomato dish with 4 different cooking methods was great
