Lovely food with great service and selection of wines. The highlight dish were the specials of the day, which was the local razor clams, cooked very simply but super fresh. Also really loved the ‘venetian-style’ starter. I think the slight letdown were the desserts as we tried non-traditional dishes, which were okay and unfortunately didn’t impress as too much.

LOVED IT! my first ever tasting menu experience :) the food was delicious - and they accommodated to my egg allergy with ease :) i was super impressed with the servers knowledge on everything! the vibe in here was great too :) defo recommend :)

Being on the Michelin Guide together with 50 other brands around Venice, Estro was good but unfortunately not great for us. Perhaps a place that's better suited for lunch, vs dinner.

We got the Estro Menu, with a starter, a main and a dessert. The raw fish starter of the day felt like it could do with more effort. The steamed mantis shrimp had not much flavor profile. Pastas were good as they were, nothing impressive. I also think it's hard for an Italian restaurant to mess up a traditional tiramisu.

Highlight for me was probably the selection of wines they carried in their store, lined up against the wall for display. Prices of the bottles were accessible, and the variety range was very wide. You can get them by the glass, and the sommelier was helpful in recommending them for the menu.

A major problem for us was how the restaurant is tucked in the middle of Venice, and as a tourist being in Venice for the first time, yet having to navigate through the dark and silent alleys from the ferry stop to the restaurant, felt a little unsafe. As much as it's an uncontrollable factor, it's also how we started our "dining experience".

A beautiful modern restaurant that doesn’t cross any lines in order to modernize the dishes. The selection of natural wines is absolutely astounding and is alone good enough to visit.

The razor clams were concentrated and sublime at the same time, no fuss here but an excellent dish. The mantis shrimp with artichoke and crunchy chard leaves was absolutely delicate and sublime, perfect reflection of flavors that complement each other.

The pumpkin gnocchi were a perfect complement to saffron infused clam fish sauce with some greens adding texture. Busara worked very well with gremolata and was exactly the way we like it.

Tiramisu and semifreddo were a touch more imaginative than we prefer, cream a touch too thick, overall a touch too sweet. Good, just less exquisite than the mains.

Wines and service were beyond reproach. We will most certainly be back.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The service was excellent, really helpful and informative. The food was so delicious, we had the Estro menu, where you choose a starter, main and dessert for €45. Paired with some amazing wine, it was a really special meal. Thoroughly recommend coming here, one of the best dinners we've had in recent memory.
