We had a great lunch here! We took ravioli with cheese and mushrooms, and ravioli with seabass and ricotta, both of which were amazing. We also had coffee with dessert (panna cotta and cookies with sweet wine), which were really good too. The atmosphere is super cozy, and provides a welcome oasis of calmness in a busy town. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Also, no hidden fees, and the service fees were clearly indicated in the menu. Definitely recommend! Be mindful that the the portions are of moderate size, so don’t come here if you could eat an elephant :)

For gluten-intolerant people there are many options, polenta is prepared with mais and is gluten free-free. Also as desserts pannacotta and crema catalana are gluten free.

In the pictures you see the antipasto veneziano, spaghetti alle vongole, grigliata mista di pesce and verdure cotte.

Very tasty food, reasonable price for venice. we spent 105€ for 2 main dishes, 1 antipasto,  1 dessert and 1 esperesso, including 0,5L white wine and water.

Strongly recommended.

Note: you cannot book in advance, we arrived at 19.40 and we waited around 15min for a table for two.

delicious seafood and pasta and a very kind owner. we had lunch around 1PM and the restaurant quickly filled up soon after.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!! Probably one of the best meals we had in our entire 2-week vacation. The fried codfish balls with zucchini and salad was so light yet so tasty; the cuttlefish ink spaghetti was so subtle yet so satisfying. To top it all off, the interior was beautifully rustic and the waiter endearingly sincere in his helpfulness and enthusiasm. Definitely eat here if you can!

A must try in Venice! Excellent seafood antipasto, squid ink pasta, fabulous service. Limited seating so get there early or make a reservation. Fresh ingredients, good menu, & wine!
